The food was good, and the service was good. The restaurant smelled like the dumpster/trash because it was right outside next to where we sat. Unfortunately it made the experience not so great because it smelled like sour trash.

We stopped in for breakfast and were absolutely delighted! The views from this beach boardwalk restaurant are stunning — the perfect way to start the day. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s a true gem along the boardwalk! Whether you're with family, a group of friends, your partner, or even dining solo, this spot is a must-visit for a great meal and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

The response from the restaurant prompted me to take it down to a one star. Just felt like in-authentic quick response (they couldn't even spell my name correctly). I truly value good service and I just do not feel like this restaurant values their customers. Maybe due to the fact that a lot of people are traveling so they'll always have traffic. Nonetheless, I hope that things change at Ocean Alley for the better. I'm not sure if the name on the receipt was just the waitress or the person who brought us the food, so I attached a photo of the waitress (b/c the person who actually Brought out the food was very nice).

The food was good. They could not accommodate a shellfish allergy so I couldn’t order anything fried which was tough. But that wasn’t the worst part, service was really slack due to gratuity being automatically charged at 18%. So we did not get any drinks refilled and the service was extremely slow.

Our waitress however managed to grab the check with in a couple of seconds. I even reached my hand out to take the receipt and she threw it on the table. Her name was K. Richardson, I think.

Won’t be back. It was a great atmosphere and very clean but she was bad.

This review must be told within a specific context for a satisfactory appreciation. I am a 67 year old gay man dying of liver cancer. Back home in the Northeast the conversations with my friends and family center around my disease with every 5 minutes someone asking how I am. I appreciate the care but cancer is not my identity and the worry from others becomes taxing. I came to Hollywood Beach to get away for 4 days to be able to totally be myself. And to reflect and to pray. I came to this restaurant. Did the restaurant warm my heart? No. Did the menu provide emotional security? No. Did the ambience provide me with courage and serenity? No. The restaurant is beautiful. The menu is exceptional. The eggs benedict are the best I have ever had. The ambience is appealing. So what is the overall take away from my experience? It is Hope. Our country is a mess. I accepted a few months ago I will not live long enough to see solutions and to see us restored to order. I don't know what my great nieces and great nephews will experience once they arrive in their teenage years as they are presently very young children. This concerns me. Thanks to the incredible wait staff here for treating me like I was a friend and not a stranger, offering me a warm chance to freely be myself for the first time in a long time to engage with nothing but positivity yielding a productive outcome. To Izzy and Alex and Kim I am indebted to you forever. Because of you I have hope for the future for my young family. Because of you and the talents of Eric and Lorenzo in the kitchen and hospitable bartender Sada, I feel a sense of renewal that you and others like you will restore this land and kindness seeking ways to help the betterment of everyone around us. Your generosity of spirit with how you communicated with me was of sincerity and at no time did I sense the kindness was an attempt to warrant a tip. You are all genuine of heart. I pray that you have a great sense of self with the realization that you have no idea who you are impacting and to what extent. You did not know my story and now you do. Therefore how many others are you impacting while you are not even aware of it? Walk in peace. Stay resilient. Sustain purpose. ❤️

Breakfast or brunch is awesome, many delicious options to choose from, fresh orange juice, refill coffee thank you and beautiful ocean view with low music and great service thank you!! We loved it all here.

Loved it! Party of 10 on 07/04. Our server, Kim, was very nice and attentive.

We were greeted and seated promptly with a smile by the restaurant's hostess!

Kim had 2 other severs helping her and they were also pleasant and attentive.

Food was delicious and great portion size!

Restaurant was busy but we never felt neglected.

We will definitely be returning!!

My wife and I were at Hollywood Beach for a weekend. We walked the Broadwalk on the first day when we came across an energetic host named Rolando. We decided to stop in for a couple of drinks. We looked over the menu and decided we would give breakfast a try the following morning. Saturday morning we stopped back by and there again was Rolando, who greeted us with the same enthusiasm as the day before. I'm not much of a breakfast eater, but the food and service was amazing!! It was great to see all of the employees pitching in and helping each other out! We were seated immediately and waited on promptly. We were so impressed, we came back Sunday morning as well. EVERYONE in this establishment was friendly and did an outstanding job! This is a definite stop when we visit again!
