Service was impeccable! Food is divine. And the best Italian bottle list for wine in all of hollywood. Lobster tail cooked to perfection. The BEST veal piccata we have ever had. Try the beet salad too! Leah and team provided perfdct service. Loved it in every way.

It looks better online…I would say that the service was great, but every 2 minutes there’s someone different coming to your table so you don’t even get to enjoy the meal without being bothered. Ontop of the fact that you don’t know who your server actually is and who you’re tipping at the end. I ordered the steak hoping for a beautiful NY Strip, and it was the blandest steak ever. Even the sides, potatoes and asparagus, were bland and the potatoes were hard! Didn’t even taste like there was a sprinkle of salt!!! Highly disappointed. All in all, I paid $100 and was completely dissatisfied.

Very disappointed…… the food was absolutely HORRIBLE ! I am 1/4 Italian and let me tell you, the quality of food was brutal. The meatballs tasted like they were out of the freezer. Salads were terrible and the chicken parm was so thick I thought it was a full chicken. I wouldn’t recommend this place and will never go back.

We originally made a reservation for roof top but when we arrived we were told there is a big private party there. Staff did not speak English very well and did not understand much of what was asked, even simple request of more sugar was not understood, it took 2 hours for the food to arrive and when manager came their excuse was that there is a big party on roof top so the way we understood this roof top party was more important than the restaurant part. Not worth going to this place it was our first and last time

The windows are dirty, you eat while looking at grandmother's butt who comes to get a drink because the swimming pool is with the restaurant No parasol, etc...Great

I wouldn't recommend anybody going here. Horrible service went there for my daughter's birthday food came out. Ice cold service was horrible. They did not bring drinks did not bring sauce. Did not bring anything we ask for till about 20 minutes after we sit down and the lady was giving us an attitude and rolling her eyes as we was asking for more bread even the manager has an attitude don't recommend this place to anybody

None of us really enjoyed our meals. My drink had multiple insects in it. The fact the drink even made it to the table was honestly, startling.

Party of four with reservation arrived 20 min before and we were treated very unprofessional by the rooftop manager on march 1. We asked if we can be seated 20 min min before our reservation since we arrived early and we were denied even if there were 4 tables available . Shame of her !!! The rooftop manager , short lady very irritated stated that she can.t do that. One person in our grup is pregnant and she had to wait those 20 min standing up . The "manager" does not this business to succeed . We will not be back until she.s gone. Hopefully soon because the food was decent .

I recently visited Olivia for a special occasion—my mom’s birthday. The rooftop setting was definitely a highlight, offering a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell flat due to the restaurant’s approach to service and customer appreciation.

The food itself was mediocre—not terrible, but nothing worth returning for. However, the most disappointing part of the night was how our birthday celebration was handled. Instead of making my mom feel special on her day, the restaurant essentially measured the “worthiness” of our celebration based on how much we spent on dessert. Since we didn’t order one, the DJ (who was there to sing happy birthday to guests) was withheld from doing so for us. To make matters worse, our waiter openly vocalized that they only sing for customers who purchase dessert. This made the entire experience feel transactional rather than celebratory.

Additionally, gratuity already being included in our bill. Yet, it was clear that the server’s attitude toward us was influenced by the amount. The way we were treated made it seem like a forced obligation rather than hospitality.

That said, I do want to give a special thanks to one staff member who truly went above and beyond to take great photos of us. His kindness and effort were a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience.

Overall, while the rooftop view was nice, the atmosphere was ruined by the staff’s rigid and impersonal approach. A birthday celebration should feel special regardless of how much a customer spends, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

We went yesterday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We came from Miami, and the place has a nice atmosphere with a beautiful rooftop view. However, I didn’t like the service, and the food wasn’t great—it tasted like canned food. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The service from Brandon was excellent, top tier. The ambiance and view was beautiful, loved the views and service 5 stars there. The food and drinks were unfortunately, nothing special at all.

Disappointing Experience with Rude Host

We were excited to try this restaurant, but the poor service from the host ruined the experience. When we arrived a few minutes early, we had a couple of questions, but instead of answering, the host rudely told us, “We can’t answer anything until 5 o’clock. Take a seat, and I’ll call you when we open.” When we were finally seated, they tried to put us behind a wall, despite our reservation for the rooftop. When I asked about it, the host dismissively said, “Nope, too packed. Nothing I can do.” The attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional, so we left. We won’t be returning.

My friend invited me to this restaurant- it was a special occasion, had not seen in in years, my 60th Bday occasion/reunion- I ordered the muscles appetizer (delicious) I suggested my friend he should order the veal Piccata, (very disappointing) the veal was though, hard to chew, it was way over done!!! I have had better veal at Olive Garden ( for God sake they are a chain restaurant ) and they serve a great Veal ( delicious) the lady with the pepper went crazy and my friend got the sneezed because she spread it way too much. Our server (forgot his name, but he was a young boy) said his name, but I could hardly hear him he spoke so low…anyways he disappeared and never came back to our table to ask us if we needed anything else, how was everything I order a beer but could not order another one cause he got lost etc. we had to go look for him to get our bill. ( no excuse, he said he got busy! )By the time we went to get the car, we only spent 1 hour and 15 minutes, the valet was $10 an hour and the valet said is $20 dollars we tried to tell him it has not even been 2 hours, and he said ok give me $15, but we had only a $20 bill and he said but I don't have change for $20. So we go inside and tried to get change and the hostess has no change, we ask the bartender and he says he has no change…really? So, the service overall was very crappy, food mediocre, would I recommend this restaurant to any of my friends? NOOOOO. - IF you do decide to go, DO NOT order the veal and make sure to bring exact change for the valet! Not sure I would go back there.. sorry Olivia, but I was a restaurant manager and I am big in Customer satisfaction!! I feel my service was not the greatest!
