Pour nous ce sera la dernière fois que nous irons à ce resto, repas très ordinaire, j'avais réservé bien d'avance et demandé une table sur les côtés pour la vue mais malheureusement ce n'étais pas disponible lorsque sur place, ils se sont trompés pour mon repas, mon vin, serveur très bête, c'est l'hôtesse qui a terminé notre service... ils sont chanceux d'avoir cette emplacement et une vue incroyable mais pour le service et nourriture ça NE vaut pas la peine... très déçu...

Me and my family went to Olivia’s and I have to say that was not the first time. Must of the times the experience has been great, especially this last time Morgan ( our waitress) was fantastic! Really cool place, we came in and wanted to dine on the roof, but the hostess said that they are booked for the next 2 hours, and offered to sit us downstairs, but that looked like a hotel lobby type of dining area. So we came back 2 hour later for desert on the rooftop dining area. It's really nice with a very nice view, the pistachio cake was amazing, the European cheese cake was delicious, just how I like it.My wife had the espresso martini. It was really smooth and full of flavor.The waitress was very kind and knowledgeable.Coming back for the pasta fir sure.

I have to say Olivia’s just keeps getting better! We live in the area and discovered this gem over a year ago & we’re hooked from the start! With all the restaurant diversity throughout S Florida it had been a minute and we popped in a few weeks ago and were able to get a table last minute in the main dining room, (We love the rooftop, but the main dining room transports me to NYC and I love it)!The cocktails are always on point from the Paloma to one the best damn old fashions EVER! The beef carpaccio is divine, the veal Marsala exquisite and the fettuccine perfection!! Just when you think it can’t get any better, let’s discuss the most important thing, the SERVICE!! We’ve been blessed with having the server, Richard, our last two visits. He has an engaging smile, and remembered I didn’t like the new addition to the carpaccio (marinated artichoke) and made sure they were not on the plate. The attention to detail is key! The entire staff works together and it’s like a beautiful orchestrated ballet as they all work in unison. Carolina (the manager), came to ask how everything was and informed us of the new Sunday lunch they’ll be launching on March 17th! We cannot wait to see what they have in store!Cannot say enough, if you don’t know, go find out!Olivia for the win!!!’(Sorry there are no photos but we put our phones away every time we are here because we love to be present and in the moment of the fantastic experience)! ?

I called three times to inform them we were celebrating two occasions and they confirmed EACH time they will send a complimentary dessert with “Congratulations” written on the plate. We went the entire dinner, got the check and nothing. Informed our nice waiter and he brought it out. Shame on hostess team that confirmed THREE times!

Went on a Monday for my Birthday. When we got seated someone came and gave us our water. Couple minutes comes by he comes by to drop off the bread with olive oil and balsamic. 15 minutes goes by and still no one has come to greet or serve us. We flagged down a server that was going around the other tables near us. I asked if he was our server and he says “no, someone else with serve you but I can take your order.” He has not acknowledged us and I think he made an excuse because no one else came by to help us and he continued to be with us the rest of the night. We got our appetizers 20 minutes later which was the carpaccio of beef and the lentil soup (which is barely soup). After another 15 minutes he came back to ask if we are ready for the entrees. That took another 20 minutes to receive. We ordered the chicken parmigiana (sauce was sour) and the beet lobster ravioli (which was sour also). We tried to call the waiter down and explained that it tastes off. He offered to take it off and we can order something else. By then it was around 10:00pm (we were seated at 7:30). We asked for the check and of course no option to change the tip and only preset to 20% and above. I’ve heard good recommendations from my coworkers and I am not impressed.

Super awful experience with the customer service from this place made a reservation 24 hours before to proposed and then they cancelled because the time on the website they decided to close before my time now i call the manager katalina and told me that wouldn't have a restaurant open for me when i did a reservation at 9:30 on open table and show the time available and on google showing closing at 10pm now unable to make my plans due to the wrong management of this restaurant
