Pacha Roots | Plant Based

The queso and jack is probably the best vegan food I’ve ever had. I’ve tried so many things similar to this, and this is a million times better. They are VERY generous with their portions. I could not believe the huge chunk of cheese! The vegan meat was so flavorful and juicy. I will definitely be back. I think everyone should try this at least once.

Homemade food and healthier choices. My mother who is not vegan is still raving about her burger a week later. Irak is the awesome owner. FYI there is a 10$ fee to get in on the weekends, not sure about the weekdays. Doesn’t matter food is so delish!???❤️

I got this plantain pancake with jackfruit and cheese and it was absolutely fantastic

I bought the basil+tomato cheese to take home ? I put it on toast and it tasted like a perfect pizza. My girlfriend and I loved it

This was my first time at the yellow green farmers market and I was super excited to find pacha roots! Everything is vegan. I got the bahn mi sandwich and it was incredible. Irak, who was serving me, was super kind and informative about his dishes. He even let me sample his homemade plant based mozzarella and the filling for one of his arepas. Can’t wait to come back!!

That caprece salad is what I now dream of. He even picked the fresh basil directly off the plant! I order it out of defiance, to believe that your house made vegan mozzarella can just be a salad is almost insane and takes a lot of courage. Boy oh boy, did he put me in my place, as I enjoyed every second of my Caprece Salad experience! My partner got the Chop Chop and he said it took him back to a certain fast food chicken place memory! I also added on one of the house made hibiscus teas and it was awesome! 100% will return.

Stumbled upon this gem while visiting the farmers market. We had the Bánh Mì which was absolutely delicious!!!! As a non-vegan, I highly recommend visiting Pacha Roots!

The restaurant is actually inside the yellow green farmers market, which is absolutely enormous. Enter through the north west entrance and it’s not too far away. I agree with the other review, the food is delicious, but it takes a while as he’s a “one man band.” Leave enough time and enjoy!!

The suggestions were great the customer service was really good and the food was really good.

The Queen Jackfruit Arepas, Chicken Sandwich and hibiscus tea were delicious and light.Also purchased some yummy cashew mozarella. Keep up the awesome taste!

I tried the dumplings. They were very yummy. Friendly staff. Next time I would like to eat an entire meal here.
