Went through the drive-thru where most of the time at places you just hope for the best. I asked the lady on the speaker to shake the veggies out of the show mein just hoping to a decent job. This was the best I’ve ever seen- great attention to a small detail made this meal. The drive thru woman is awesome!

Please hire people who can communicate. The woman who took my order got everything right but when I got up to the window, that lady asked me what sauce I wanted. I responded with my answer. Then when the food came, she listed all the sauces and I responded with my choice. I got all the way home and realized I had NO sauce in my order. I also asked for a list of ingredients in an item and she kept trying to add it to my order. I couldn't tell if she was not listening or couldn't understand English.
I usually never leave bad reviews because I’m not the kind of person to complain but the lady serving the food was extremely rude. I have been coming to this Panda Express for three years and have never had a problem. I waited for ten minutes which isn’t a problem but instead of greeting me, she was like what do you want. And I started telling her and she raised her voice at me saying she doesn’t read minds and to pick if I was getting one main and two sides or one main and one side. Also, she was talking to me like I was stupid. Really upsetting since I love this place but I will probably never come back. Such a shame.

I honestly love Panda. You can even Eat healthy here. The beef and broccoli and green bean chicken are both low calorie. Get the greens as your side and you can't go wrong.
