This is the 2nd time I've come to this cafe this week and the 2nd time they've had no tea.. This time the manager decided to drain all of the non carbonated beverages an hour and a 1/2 before the cafe clased.

Very slow service. Absent kiosk to order and with always one cashier at register, you have to spend a lot of time waiting on simple order like cup of coffee.
About coffee: 9 am morning and ALL buckets with hot coffee are holding lukewarm content. I could use it as cold coffee, because ice coffee smells like burnt rubber and tastes like dark liquid with sweet taste, but far from coffee. I wonder why they saying that they have to brew coffee, I think it is just mix powder in the water

I appreciate the friendly staff, but I’ve noticed recurring issues with the coffee being cold and the microwave being dirty, smelly, and missing its turning button. These seem like small fixes that could greatly improve the experience. I hope the company can prioritize maintaining these basic amenities.

Does the cashier get paid on commission? Tried to overcharge me twice by going ala carte on what was clearly a “Bagel Pack.” Avoid this store at ALL costs! You know it’s bad when the woman behind me saw the totality of it all and whispered “Trust God.”
I have purchased $$$$$ of Panera over the years, absolute worst counter experience ever.

Some stores i like others I don't, but they all need to rotate there electric plugs and add more inside and outside, the coffee is i belive terrible, the soda or pop is fine and the lemonade great, plus the new machines are nice, they need a few cheaper meals that some people can afford toward the end of month that are disabled, otherwise panera is a decent chain over all

I went in and asked for 5 plain bagels/ 5 sesame and 5 everything. Additionally 2 plain bagels tosted with butter. It was 7am and I was the only person there ordering. The lady kept the receipt so when she gave me the order I realized she had picked whatever bagel she wanted and none that I chose.. the two bagels with butter ended up taking 20 min to come out. Just to come out as plain bagels with no butter... Mind you.. I was the ONLY person there. Horrible service. Don't visit this store !

I am visiting from Canada and this was my first time at this Panera Bread and without exaggeration, it was one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had as a customer.
The girl at the front taking orders treated us with complete indifference. We were unfamiliar with the ordering process and asked politely where to pick up our food. She didn’t speak, didn’t offer help just stood there with a blank expression. When we asked how long our order had been sitting out, she shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say a single word. No apology. No effort. Nothing.
What hurt even more is what we saw next: the way she treated the customers behind us who were American was completely different. She was friendly, helpful, and communicative with them, while we had been completely dismissed. It was a night-and-day difference, and it was impossible not to feel that it was because we weren’t from here.
It was humiliating, and it felt personal. The energy from the rest of the staff reflected the same coldness. There was zero professionalism or basic human courtesy. We didn’t feel like customers we felt like an inconvenience. As a tourist, it’s deeply upsetting to feel so unwelcome, especially in a place that’s supposed to be built on hospitality.
That girl should not be working in customer service period. And if this is how Panera Bread treats people who aren’t locals, you should be ashamed.
The people work here have low morale and ethics. Cleanliness is an issue.
