This was not a pleasant experience, the cashier at the front was really nice but while picking up my soup the guy preparing my soup stating burping while packing my soup! He burped once and did it again! The other young guy had to tell him to cover his mouth. Really!! how you going to be preparing food for people and burping on top of it. Go to the back if you gassy but to be burping on top of peoples food it is not nice.

The clerk got my order wrong. The manager was rude and a staff member chimed in rudely and said we don't sell chicken salad. My friend's $19 grilled cheese sandwich was burnt on the crust and the bacon slice which cost $2.99 was on one side of the sandwich. I was embarrassed when I took my friend lunch. I will not return to this location again: 4931 Sheridian Street.

I ordered from Panera. And, I am vegetarian, so, i ordered veggie sandwich. And, Panera send me sandwich with bacon. I almost threw up. Also, they are soup portions are tiny. Just ridiculous. Will never order or go there again.

On vacation from PR we ate here several times and everything was always good but on this occasion they crashed the prickly pear, it was almost frozen and they didn't toast any of the sandwiches this time I didn't like the girl on the box, she was very friendly

Even though it’s winter and the weather outside is freezing cold, the air conditioning inside is set to cold air, making it feel like an icebox. You can’t sit inside for more than 4minutes. It feels like they’re doing this on purpose during these cold winter months.

I wish I could have given a more considerate review today but I can't, for two reasons:
1- I couldn't get a refund. 2-The soup was *canned soup.
I'm fine with it. He said "it was due to the fact that it was half eaten. " Unfortunately, it wasn't. The bowl was served at 75% full. I ate enough to make it now 50%. Nonetheless, the reason for the return WASN'T disputed by the mgr.
*It is my opinion that the soup was and/tasted like canned Progresso.
Get a replacement? No thanks. I wasn't interested in Homel chili or Campbell's summer squash.
I did ask for an Expresso which he rung up. YES! *sigh* I asked are going to have me pay for this. He changed his mind and so did I. I didn't want any secret sauce in my espresso. s/a
I decided on an empty cup for the fountain in the lobby.

Alyssa was absolutely amazing caring accommodating and persistent despite being the only other in the kitchen she helped with many orders in a caring manner. Please get her some additional help and give her the best of the best ratings!!!
