I appreciate the friendly staff, but I’ve noticed recurring issues with the coffee being cold and the microwave being dirty, smelly, and missing its turning button. These seem like small fixes that could greatly improve the experience. I hope the company can prioritize maintaining these basic amenities.

Some stores i like others I don't, but they all need to rotate there electric plugs and add more inside and outside, the coffee is i belive terrible, the soda or pop is fine and the lemonade great, plus the new machines are nice, they need a few cheaper meals that some people can afford toward the end of month that are disabled, otherwise panera is a decent chain over all

I was the only customer in the building and waited nearly 20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. I realize they may be preparing on-line orders, but the food service is very slow.
