Ordered two take out pizzas. They were ready on time and the staff when we picked up were super friendly. The pizza was also great, we got a bbq chicken and a Hawaiian. Great choice for a lunch!

Horrible customer service. Walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged. When I inquired about just picking up my pizza the cashier wearing a blue top stating stated with a attitude that “ I need to give her minute because she is dealing with a customer issue on the phone”. Totally understandable but a “hello, please give me a minute” would have been suffice.

This place is horrendous. Placed an order and the entire order arrived incorrect. I have the email confirmation with details of the order and manager Casey refused to do anything. He was adamant that I got what I ordered. Instead of owning up to the mistake he just put it off on me. Corporate has been notified but do not order from here.

Worst Papa John’s Ever – Don’t Waste Your Money!
This location is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude, the service is slow, and the manager—especially the overweight white lady who I believe is in charge—is the worst. It’s shocking how they hand out pizzas like they don’t care at all. My order was a mess, and when I tried to address it, the employees acted like it was my fault instead of fixing their mistake.
Papa John’s used to be a staple for good pizza, but now it’s just a joke. The quality has gone down, and it’s clear the employees are unhappy, underpaid, and unmotivated. Instead of supporting these big chains that don’t care about their customers, go to a local spot that actually values good service. Antonio’s Pizza and Hungry Josie’s both have way better customer service, and their food is worth the money.
I will never come back to this Papa John’s. If you want good pizza and respectful service, go somewhere else! Irene H

Ordered Valentine's Day pizzas for a company celebration. The order was late after being scheduled for a specific time and ordered a day in advance. We ordered the heart shape pizzas which were not a heart, I would say a disfigured potato at best. It was delivered not cut nor with anything to cut the pizza (previously provided a disposable slicer in years past). We called to inquire about this issue and were told that we should use our "common sense" to figure out the pizza would not come cut or with a slicer. The lady on the phone was rude, dismissive and overall nasty. I will NEVER return to this establishment nor company nor should you. Thank you for ruining our day and our company celebration! A bit disappointed in Papa John’s . We consistently order from here for the local high school’s home games. Last night we ordered twice and in the second batch they failed to cut two of the pizzas. So I had people waiting for pizza and I’m unable to cut them. Eventually we used tongs to cut the pizza as best as we could. Very unprofessional.

I called the service was great until I said I had a coupon. They put me on hold until I hung up. If you’re calling to pay full price, go for it. If you’re using an order go elsewhere. Unfortunately the website gave my coupon an error so i had to waste my time on the phone
