Great place for Friday happy hour. The food is good, service is great and the atmosphere is so Mexican delightful. Great place for dinner.

Very hidden in the corner but what a hidden gem. Let's start with the most important: chips and salsa:Authentic as all. Someone's abuela is there making it fresh and you can tell. Though sometimes when I've been the time it takes for the food to come out varies, generally very fast with food better than what I had in Mexico. I randomly found it but went back a couple of times after, driving 30 mins to get Mexican food. Very very worth it!!

This is a really good place that gives good Mexican food, don't get me wrong it's not horrible but it takes forever to make for something that is not that good. My experience was with a side of horrible service, and a main course of wasted time. The place is beautifully decorated with traditional Mexican decor! Unfortunately, I come in and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to seat us, and nobody came and we sat ourselves. To a waiter giving us ( my father and I) a dirty look and saying we were supposed to wait to be seated. We sit down and wait 10 minutes until someone gave us a menu! To make things worse the place wasn't even that packed on a Saturday at 4 PM. I asked for some Tacos with a side of Guacamole, and my father asked for "Carne ala Mexicana". The food finally comes after 20 mins with the guac nowhere to be seen! We ask again where is the guacamole each time the waiter saying "it's coming", and ended up coming once I was almost done with the tacos. This is for sure the place that you come if you're not in a rush.

This place is not a Mexican restaurant anymore, it's Peruvian food. None the left, I've never been to a Peruvian restaurant so I will be giving it a try. I do not know my waiters name but she seems very nice and polite. Weather is nice and breezy, the waiter allowed us to rearrange the tables as we liked to fit our party of eight.

Worst restaurant ever! 😁

Guac chips and horrible lemonade $19. I had to add my own pepper salt and lemon. Horrible do not go.

Horrible service, slow maintenance, only one person serving the restaurant, no current utensils, and no water unless you repetitiously ask. Good food.

The food was bad from beginning to end. Starting with a guacamole that has no taste. shrimp Ceviche was okay. Burrito was full of rice and tiny amount of over cooked Ground beef surrounded by a massive flour tortilha and cold (still cold after being re-heated. My wife's tacos were grease and she couldn't eat the flour tortilla since it had no taste at all. Margaritas were watered down... and it was expensive. Never again !!!the opposite of Paquito's in North Miami!!! Which is very good food and drinks!

We should have known when we were the only family sitting in the restaurant.... I ordered a frozen margarita and it had the most odd after taste! It was almost as if it was OLD! They did switch it out when I said something and I ordered a bottled beer. We also ordered a sweet tea, and got a can of Lipton iced tea? Food was ok. My daughter enjoyed the breaded chicken strips (kids menu) which were made in house.... however, we ordered a quesadilla and flautas and they were nothing to rave about. I had a few thoughts cross my mind that Taco Bell is prob better! ‍ I wouldn't recommend.

Hollywood beach fl has never had authentic Mexican foods, only mixed Latin food attempts. We now have Pacquitos Mexican in our beach. Go and order the falutas, enchiladas, verde or roja sauces, twice fried re-fried beans (the way these are to be done), fluffy Spanish rice, creamy smooth guacamole and 2 for 1 Mexican beers. Family owned for 20 plus years in N Miami w proven foods and care for their customers, now local for us. Tourists, don't be fooled by the others attempting Mexican foods on our beach, go to Pacquitos. Amazing, huge Portions for family members to share.

I love the Mexican food from Pacquitos... I usually go to the location on 163 st Biscayne Blvd But I discovered this location on Hollywood beach and I tried it out. Reasonable prices and delicious food every time.. I recommend... the view is amazing and so is the food... Estrella loyal customers for years...

A wonderful menu prepared and served by a wonderful team. The energy at Paquito's is positive and relaxed. Each item is created from a family recipe handed down over the generations and offers a unique, delicious, and welcome change to what you may find at other restaurants. The location is right on the beach, making it a great walk-to destination if you're staying in a nearby resort or BnB, and is easy enough to get to if you're a local looking for something new. I suggest the guac. It's a bit pricey and I don't think they have a full liquor license [at the time of this review], but those are my only complaints. Thanks again!

I was on the phone for 6 minutes being passed to multiple workers. I wanted to place an order for pick up! As soon as they asked how can they help, boom, you are on hold! Terrible! I have been a customer of Paquito's for years; usually I dine in! Poor customer service!

Came here with family, and we didn't even get to dine as a family as everyone's food came out at separate times, sat here for over an hour before the first plate of food was delivered, not to mention we were the only ones sitting here!! It's just ridiculous. Not happy with this place at all

I came here sarturday the chips and salsa was good I try the shrimp cocktail more like water down tomatos and pieces of shrimp with a piece of lettuce in it then I ordered the mole was so nasty no the mole but the side the rice take like cheap bags of rice the beans were for sure old the guacamole on top of the “salad” was so sour the nachos were also nasty the only good thing about the nachos was the jalapeí±os thank god they came from a can and the Cameron con paquito never try that unless you like the taste of garlic and onions but the waitress were nice but I will never go my bill was 110.00 tip included
