My personal opinion, the empanadas were toooo greasy!! Service not good I got up a few times for service sorry but don’t recommend?

The empanadas are delicious and crispy but the service mars the quality of the food. They take too long to bring the food, and when the food arrives, the cutlery and napkins have not been served. Furthermore, it was in very bad taste that one of the waitresses served a table after we arrived first, just because she knew the diners at that table. They need to learn a lot from the customer service that North Americans provide here in the United States, because in the end a customer always comes back more because of the quality of the service and how they felt cared for.

The owner's daughter, as she calls herself, is the most wonderful thing that exists. Of course, it should be noted that the entire group is the best, but especially her. The magnificent food transported me to Margarita, eating those empanadas with tremendous delicious flavor and the papelon. Don't stop trying it. You will know me by the Hollywood hot dog ?

Train your employees to tell customers what foods are NOT available before offering to bring drinks to the table. They sat us down, offered us drinks, so that when we ordered the food they told us that they didn't have anything we were going to consume - dishes for which the restaurant is characterized.

I visited this restaurant with my family around 1pm for lunch, and we were really disappointed. We asked for several dishes and drinks, but every time, the server came back saying they were sold out. To make things worse, the server told us everything had sold out during breakfast! It’s shocking that by lunch, they had run out of so many items. I think they should have better logistics and stock enough food to provide a great service, especially during peak times like lunch.
While our server was friendly and attentive, the person who brought our food was rude and unprofessional. This person didn’t even know what kind of empanadas she was serving us! It was a frustrating experience overall, and we left feeling very dissatisfied.

We ordered a vegan Creole pavilion and they brought it to me with ground vegan meat with a bad appearance and taste, I told the girl that that was not the meat (they had told me that the ground vegan meat was made from the shell of the banana and that it was delicious) and she told me that they had run out and that was the one they had (I think she could have told me before bringing it to me so that I could decide whether to order it or not) the girl was not kind at all when I told her. How unfortunate because the previous time we went another girl treated us very well and made us return, the truth is that the service makes a big difference!

This is an excellent choice for Venezuelan Food, it has the whole package and you will have an authentic Venezuelan experience there, all the details are amazing. The owners left their hearts in every corner and the service is great, Andrea made us feel like family there. They have the BEST EMPANADAS ever!

We ordered the pabellon empanada, carne vegana empanada, and catira arepa for takeout.
Superb. The sweet plantain with the savory shredded beef was perfect. Love that the vegan options are good so that the whole family can enjoy. I will be ordering again soon.
