I have been eatting Piccadilly since I was a kid and I turned 41 today. I always get 3 fried catfish, 2 mac and cheese, a garlic bread, and some sort of cake (either red velvet or white). Great sit down and enjoy a meal atmosphere. Waiters and waitresses always take care of you. Just a wholesome place to go any day and have a great, great meal at a reasonable price.

The quality of the food is declining. I've tried to continue supporting the last Piccadilly in my area in Hollywood FL but I no longer can The foods seems old and with no flavor. I've tried over and over again to a least enjoy the desserts that look so inviting only to find it to be old and dry. I would love to see the chain continue servicing our area but I don't think it's gonna last.

Manager with no manners and the gilr next to Manny even worse I've never had an issue at Piccadilly....it was simply my first time doing online order which I thought was also curbside....either way they never answered the phone so I went inside. No one was at the counter so I went in line to place my order. I got to to cashier (the short lady in pic) to check out and was told oh your online order back behind the counter. Thinking ? umm how would I know that as a customer? They began yelling you're wasting food. He threatened to put my name on the online don't fill order list lol ? just crazy (I've come here most my adult life and never seen any of theses two...hopefully never will!)

I normally go there once or twice every other week or month maybe The food is fresh, hot, and prices are reasonable. I am satisfied when I decide to go with the food . If I had one negative thing it would be the decor. When you first enter there's this smell... The carpet is dingy and old. Been there forever. Furnishings outdated. Not a place I'd want to dine in with family and friends. Besides the decor, I really don't have anything that I'd find displeasing.Parking: The parking lot has potholes throughout. When it rains the lot holds puddles deep.

It sez open but when you call nobody answered and when the guy answered the phone I asked him if thay were open tomorrow because it was Thanksgiving he hung up on me good comerster
I ordered a tray of carrot soufflé for Thanksgiving and placed my order 2 weeks ago and I picked it up today to find it burnt and like they scooped leftovers into it when they knew about this order awhile ago and could’ve cooked it fresh. Just a pathetic and disgraceful presentation. I can’t even serve this for my holiday dinner. I live an hour away and this was a special treat for my family since there are no Piccadilly’s near us anymore. What a shame. NEVER AGAIN

My order wasn't made or ready, no apologies, only got attitudes because i was there to pick up an order while they were wanting to close. They gave me someone else's order but i checked it and showed them that what they gave was not my order. Manager Lawrence, asked me to get my food the next day in the morning?!? When I asked for a refund he didn't know how and told me to go online. I'm going tomorrow to talk to the general manager. No food, no refund, and no apology, plus attitude. I've honestly never had an experience this bad.
