Pita Xpress Mediterranean Grill

Flew into Ft. Lauderdale airport, hungry, found this place, seemed highly rated. Terrific!! We both had chicken shawarma, delicious, perfectly cooked meat, fresh salads, super fast. Highly recommended!!

First time coming here and let me tell you.. this place did NOT disappoint! The kabob in my pita was so tender and flavorful. The cucumber salad inside the pita made the perfect crunch and touch of freshness. The fries were so freshly made and had the perfect crisp, I just wish I had ketchup. But it was barely missed because I also tried the red sauce and it was the perfect spice for my fries. But nothing topped the purple cabbage salad. It was my absolute favorite thing I tried and I’d seriously come back just for it! All in all, the food was amazing and extraordinary. However, the service was exceptional! I was in awe at the way these people treated me. They were the nicest most welcoming, helpful, patient individuals and I can’t believe there was so much amazing people in one small building. They treated me like royalty and I left with a warm heart and a smile on my face. Oh and a full belly. Trust me when I say, you don’t want to miss this spot!

Absolutely amazing experience! Diya, the owner, personally served us and cooked up the best beef kebob and chicken .. so flavorful and juicy. The basmati red rice was perfection, and the falafel? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside .. totally on point. The hummus and fresh pita bread were incredibly smooth and fresh, but the real star for me was the baba ghanoush .. smoky, creamy, and just perfect.

Don’t miss out on their sauces! Especially the red 🔥 smoked paprika sauce … it takes everything to the next level. This place is a hidden gem and Diya’s hospitality makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Everything here was fresh and delicious, with a perfect grill flavor that really stood out. The beef we added to the garden salad was out of this world, took it medium rare and it was insane, loved it, the chicken soup was out of this world, didn't have such a good tasty chicken soup for years.

The staff was friendly, each one making the experience even better. I especially loved the complimentary salad and coleslaw bar, a great touch that really adds to the meal!

Prices were reasonable and totally worth it. This place instantly became my top choice in Fort Lauderdale. Will definitely be back soon.

Arguable the best kosher Shawarma in town. Easily the best felafel in town, this is my go to place, been eating here for years!
