The worst pizza hut to ever deal with. The driver delivered my order to the wrong house and the manager refused to redeliver my food. The manager had such a horrible attitude and then started to speak in Spanish. Never answered my calls when I called back. Never again.

Case number 0105220917 is never resolved. Over a month trying to do a simple change of phone number and not being able to. I can't use my reward points, can't place an order. It's sad that pizza hut couldn't care less for their customers.

Very horrendous customer service. Placed a online order at this store but wanted to make a quick correction. Called store and after waiting on hold for 15mins someone answered an hung up on me. Called back several times to no avail. Eventually just gave up and had to accept the mistakenly ordered product.

I just saw a delivery driver hide his bike in the restaurant and claimed there's no bike inside. The other customers just requested a refund and so did we. The person that did this is clearly on camera and this is the worse pizza hut to ever come to!!!! Just found him down the hall claiming he is the manager when the delivered the the wrong order and wouldn't issue me a refund nor a replacement.

Debts must be repaid. That's why I'm writing this review, despite the fact that I bought pizza from this pizzeria more than a month ago. To my complete satisfaction, I still consider this Pizza Hut to be the best among the pizzerias of this chain in South Florida. And her pizzas are the most delicious. The only comment is that I would like the ordered pizza to be more consistent with the pizza shown in the picture on the Pizza Hut website

Rushed here to order $12 special for large with up to 10 topping. Very disappointed in amount of ingredients (especially green peppers, mushrooms and onions). Each slice MAY have had 1 of above mentioned veggies. Sausage and chicken were dry and over cooked as if they were cooked prior?? Crust and sauce were signature of Pizza Hut. Would not return here unless I remind them not to overcook meat items and to provide decent portions of veggies.

If I could give no starts I would. I order delivery from here at least twice a month for my mom who’s having treatment and the delivery driver was rude and had a hard time finding the address so I called the store and the manager who refused to give me his name was just as rude and defended the driver. I will no longer order from here and hope that someone from their corporate office see’s this. I feel they all need customer service training and a paying customer should not be treated like this!

How dare ya! Answer the phone & agree to accept an order for delivery 7 minutes before closing, take my money, then go home & sleep at night, leaving us hungry. Could've said no. Shame on ya! Ya bring Shame to the name!

So someone that pizza hut on 2/2 ordered a 44.73 worth of pizza online with my credit card #...my physical card was with me so how is this possible....You think they would help...Nooooo...So please explain to me that when someone orders online an you deliver once you arrive your people don't ask to see the card an identification....Great customer serviceGriselda...4506 PIZZA HUT Hollywood Blvd... Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas, one sasuage, one ham and pineapple. Received 2 pan pizzas, one with sasuage and one pepperoni. They would only fix, if I brought pizzas back to store. I am handicapped, use a walker and can't carry them. (I use curb side delivery)Very disappointed in service or lack of.(Also took 20 extra minutes, after appsaid food was ready)

Placed order, they called back to verify I ordered pizza. After an hour, still nothing, called was told order had already left.(automated said it was delivered or picked up). Called again to cancel and was told they never had an order placed from me. Glad I ordered with cash option.
