Will be the last time I order pizza from this location 🤮 I received my pizza big dinner box for delivery while I was in my second slice of pizza there was a freaking hair inside of the pizza like a red kinda brown hair. I called the Hollywood location and the guy that answer the phone has such horrible customer service all I wanted was to tell him about the freaking hair I found and instead of apologizing he right away just said no one in the store has that hair color and blah blah blah he was extremely rude and he said he was going to tell the manager that’s all he can do and just hung up. Instead of at least apologizing he was like putting the blame on me. Just want to inform anyone that buys this pizza they do not probably wear any hair nets and the customer service is HORRIBLE YOU WILL BE TREATED VERY POORLY!!! If I wanted to be a real mean person I would have ask for a refund but I didn’t even do that all I wanted was to informed them and instead of an apology I was blamed for having hair in my pizza 🤦🏻♀️

The worst pizza hut to ever deal with. The driver delivered my order to the wrong house and the manager refused to redeliver my food. The manager had such a horrible attitude and then started to speak in Spanish. Never answered my calls when I called back. Never again.

Case number 0105220917 is never resolved. Over a month trying to do a simple change of phone number and not being able to. I can't use my reward points, can't place an order. It's sad that pizza hut couldn't care less for their customers.

I just saw a delivery driver hide his bike in the restaurant and claimed there's no bike inside. The other customers just requested a refund and so did we. The person that did this is clearly on camera and this is the worse pizza hut to ever come to!!!! Just found him down the hall claiming he is the manager when the delivered the the wrong order and wouldn't issue me a refund nor a replacement.

Debts must be repaid. That's why I'm writing this review, despite the fact that I bought pizza from this pizzeria more than a month ago. To my complete satisfaction, I still consider this Pizza Hut to be the best among the pizzerias of this chain in South Florida. And her pizzas are the most delicious. The only comment is that I would like the ordered pizza to be more consistent with the pizza shown in the picture on the Pizza Hut website
