I call this excellent restaurant from time to time as I like the good mood that is unique to this place. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably welcoming and well trained. The service is remarkablywonderfully quick. Also, the food they prepare is first-rate. I frequent many times and I was never disappointed. The expense is decent. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

We ordered a large 3 topping pizza and was really anticipating having a tasty pizza but when it arrived the crust was almost raw and still white not fully cooked with the golden brown color we were expecting. Very disappointed!!!!

My family and I ordered two large stuffed crust pizza’s. We were really looking forward to it. The prep time and delivery time was relatively quick, however when we got our pizza’s the cheese in the crust was gooey, and tasted weird. I really hope we don’t get sick from this. Highly disappointed with our order.

I grew up in embassy lakes and I really dont have anything bad to say about this place. Very occasionally there might have been a long wait, but nevertheless they are generally quick and the pizza is great for what you pay for. I've seen familiar faces at this location for the last 10 years. Great job!

This is a nice Pizza Hut location. No one outpizzas the hut, right? The service is fast and friendly. They have the promotions in stock. They are in a nice, large parking lot. The orders are done correctly. The only issue I have is that they don't deliver to my house, which is about 5 min away. Another location covers my area, and they are less than ideal. At the end of the day, it's Pizza Hut. It's a good location. Stop in for a bite during these covid times

The pan pizza is always made perfectly with perfect amount of cheese. Never dry or over cooked. Recommended this location (Sheridan and taft)

It's not fancy, but it used to be somewhat dependable. Sadly, that's no more. Now, every time I order, it's wrong and has to go back. We order cheese sticks without Italian seasoning. Last time I was on hold for 20 min. I called from another phone while staying on hold with the first one. and instead of choosing the option for existing orders, chose the option for new orders. They transferred me and came back 10 mins later saying the store just isn't answering. 15 min later, (25 now total) they finally picked up. I hung up the first line I called 40 minutes later. No one answered. Tonight, for the 3rd time, it came with the seasoning. I called the store back. This time, they answered timely and assured me they'd be remade and sent out. I asked if they are now using a call center, because I told the person that took the order 3x to make sure there was no Italian seasoning on the cheese sticks. He said yes, if the store doesn't pick up by a certain number of rings, then it gets transferred. Clearly, that system doesn't work. The drivers are always friendly and awesome, even when they have to come back the 2nd time. I wouldn't have ordered for the 3rd time tonight if it weren't for the drivers. Tonight, the driver was no exception. Awesome. They are the reason for the 2 stars. But, I just can't continue to order from this store anymore. Sad to see the company that gave me my first job almost 30 years ago has become so mismanaged.

This is my favorite Pizza Hut to go to. When I was younger I lived in hialeah and used to go to one out on Miami Gardens drive near American (if you know you know). They closed down , we grew up and moved to broward. It's been more than ten years we have been coming to this particular location. We have celebrated many birthdays here including my sons 4th birthday. Not to mention dinners just because , Sunday lunches with the family and the occasional take out. We hope this Pizza Hut sticks around, and that they consider bringing back the salad/ pizza bar. Sincerely, A BBQ Pizza lover

We come to take a pizza and the girl was closing. She push the door in the face of my husband and after she act bad we him because he ask for the delivery... she really don’t know how to talk to the client and is very sad to have people work like this in place the people go to eat..

I was at the bank in the Embassy Lakes Shopping Center and had a craving for wings. I remember eating them a while ago from Pizza Hut and had enjoyed them. I ordered the boneless wings off the Pizza Hut app which is very easy to use. When I arrived at the restaurant, I immediately noticed the salad bar was gone. I ate from the salad bar many years ago several times with friends and family and used to enjoy it. The cashier said it has been about. 6 months since they removed it. Anyway, the container was piping hot when I received it in the bag. I was really impressed because I ended up going to the alterations place nearby for several minutes and then drove home and a few minutes after that I started eating the boneless buffalo chicken. The chicken was still piping hot. I often receive food in a full service restaurant that is not even this hot. I am really impressed with this container. The buffalo chicken had just the right amount of kick to it for my taste. I enjoyed it a lot.
