The food is good, what I don't understand is why they sell such a variety of food because ultimately what they do is bore the employees with such a stressful job. It is better to have a menu with few products and everyone happy, employees and customers.

I have ordered for pickup through the app twice to this location. Each time when I get there, they have not even started my order even though I arrive past the time it said it will be ready. I have waited 30 minutes plus and they forgot part of my order. My advice: eat here but just order when you get there, probably faster? And don’t expect “fast” food. Also CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving

Used to love pollo tropical. Sadly, it has changed from what it used to be. Salsa bar is gone. Dining area was not clean. Chicken was very dry.
The food is very good for it to be a fast food spot. The service has improved but I gave it 4 stars because I was here once and the lady in the drive through was awful!
