Terrible customer service. The food is usually good, but the customer service is terrible. I paid for my order and waited for 20 minutes, but it was never served. When I went to complain, the employees had very bad attitudes and were rude. In the end, they served my order as if they didn’t care and practically threw it at me. This is extremely disrespectful, Pollo Tropical, and very unprofessional. What surprised me the most was that I had to complain to the manager, and the manager also had a very poor attitude. The staff clearly needs much better training.

Pollo Tropical never disappoints, but this location truly stands out because of the amazing management. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, but what really made the experience exceptional was the manager, Maldonado. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. You can tell he runs a great team and takes pride in his work. Thanks to her, the atmosphere was welcoming and everything ran smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
