The food is good, what I don't understand is why they sell such a variety of food because ultimately what they do is bore the employees with such a stressful job. It is better to have a menu with few products and everyone happy, employees and customers.

I just had the absolute best meal from Pollo that I’ve had in years from this chain. My food was hot, delicious, and everything I ordered made it into the bag. I bought the family meal and figured I’d feed the chicken to my dogs if it sucked. This is 1000x better than the other locations. I’m willing to drive the extra 15 mins out of my way from Pines. Good job!! Keep up the good work.
