The manager Diana gives the best 👌🏿 customer service experience. I travel from Fort lauderdale to Hollywood because of the wonderful customer service. The food is good restaurant is always clean. Other employees are very friendly and helpful. I love this Pollo Tropical 💜
Clean restaurant, I was greeted by the cashier and was given options for my group... It was fun to watch the behind the scenes food prep operation... Everyone was friendly and my order was prepared less than 4 minutes... Kudos to the staff and management team 👏....
The food is good, what I don't understand is why they sell such a variety of food because ultimately what they do is bore the employees with such a stressful job. It is better to have a menu with few products and everyone happy, employees and customers.
