My experience in Pollo tropical was great because of Ashfida, she was visually the only person I saw taking orders and serving food. You company need more people like her. Only reason I would return to this location. Thank you Ashfida!!!
Pollo Tropical never disappoints, but this location truly stands out because of the amazing management. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, but what really made the experience exceptional was the manager, Maldonado. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. You can tell he runs a great team and takes pride in his work. Thanks to her, the atmosphere was welcoming and everything ran smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
