Kind of dingy dirty.... not as nice as when I lived in Miami 25 years ago .... black beans were watery and wasn't given many .... kind of sad place

Horrible customer service. Who is managing this location? I was literally told in the drive thru "I only have three sauces left and those are for the next car, they didn't do sauces today". It's not the customers fault that the employees "didn't do sauces today". Go do them or bring the sauce bar back. I didn't pay $12 for a rice bowl to be told the sauces are for the next car.

During my vacation I came here. I love everything here. I wish they where at out here in Southern California.
Nice and clean, no busy even though it was a lunch hour. Employees are very polite and smiling they made a suggestion to upsale ... I particularly like that!. I'll be coming back, I love this place!!!

Paid for my order and was told to wait in the parking lot because the chicken wasn't ready. I waited 15 minutes, while one other customer got his order; I never did and left. It's supposed to be FAST FOOD. NEVER AGAIN!
