Placed my order through the app at 5:27pm to pick up at 6:30pm, went into the store to pick up my food and informed the cashier that I was picking up, waited until 6:54pm for my order. What’s the point of online pick up if I still have to wait? Others that ordered in store after I got there received their order before I did.

This place is really going downhill... the price is NOT worth the portions that they are giving... I ordered some cheesy Yuca bites and for 5 dollars they gave me the tiniest things ever that barely had cheese... I ordered a vegetarian tropical and it was mostly rice... no real care or consideration for the toppings... for the same price or less, I rather go to Chipotle and have a feast... or to Las Vegas or Black Beans Cafe for authentic fresh food... this place is not worth it.

I went for lunch today The temperature inside the restaurant must ben at 80, don't know if the unit is broken or they trying to save on energy, very uncomfortable.

From forgetting to put what I ordered in my bag in drive thru to constantly skimping on the chicken that belongs in a tropichop. Half the meat on tropichop is burnt, crunchy, or minced. It’s happened enough (10+) times that I want to warn the next person.If you can find one that gives you what you pay for, drive the car extra miles
