The worker over the speaker sounded annoyed, I received my tropic chop the tomato’s were huge not chopped at all, as well the sauteed onions were not sautéed they were regular onions that seems as if they were sat on the grill for a few seconds and put in the bowl. Food simply was not ans fresh as it could have been . Also, no curry was available this one of the most popular sauces I am not understanding why they have none available during the peek time which is lunch time. I was not happy AT ALL with this experience, especially when you are hungry and looking forward to a fresh meal.

They stopped taking orders one hour early. I did not receive any help. I got there around 10:30 PM. I wasted a lot of time in line and did not receive any service or communication when I finally got to the window at 11 PM Google say they close at 12am everyone working, just ignored me waiting at the window.

It is definitely the best tropical chicken, the rice is well made and the chicken is well cooked, not like the ones from Little Havana, all raw
Went to the Hollywood location to try the shrimp bowl,waited almost 20 mins for the order which the Young man said will take 5 mins.Never got avocado which I paid extra for although it is displayed in the bowl. Also ordered fried yuca and was given yuca bites.Terrible service, I know it was a busy Friday afternoon. The young man seemed new and had to be assisted with other customers order a few times.The shrimp was very dry and tasteless. The beans was salty.As you can see from the picture the presentation of the food is much different.Extremely poor service ?Vegetarian options: The have a selection you can choose to make your own bowl

The kitchen is disgusting. The staff treatment was horrible. The food was horrible. They didn't put extra sauce on my order like in the other locations
Is Thursday about 3:15- or 3:20 pm I ordered my food ? at the intercom and here comes this angelical voice that premieres love and care the food was great as always but today she made my day and perhaps the rest of the week I ordered pineapple ? lemonade tropishop, chicken quesadillas and a FLAN ?… I couldn’t thanks her because she gave me the flan and my drink and then another girl brought me the rest of the order since I don’t know ??♀️ her name she is Latina with a few facials tattoos and she just a divine employee and I just wanted to say thank you for your amazing service and thank you Pollo Tropical for hiring great ? people like her ???️?
