Purple Orchid Memorial Regional Hospital Hollywood

Waited 30 mins for my coffee at the Regional location. Ask to speak with a manager and she didn’t speak English. Her attitude was horrible and she was not apologetic. I was not pleased with the customer service.

Amazing coffee, smiles and food! They have fresh empanadas, pastelitos, and Cuban coffee in the morning! Juan and Kenia are awesome!

Service is always great, a little expensive but I’ll pay the extra $2 for some decent food instead of the cafeteria food. I love getting the croissants and the Mediterranean salad and their smoothies always delicious!

Juan is always very pleasant and welcoming. He always try to get your order on time and always service with a smile. The weekday morning crew is hardworking and pleasant. The staff is always amazing here. Thank you for all that you do! I will always get my morning coffee for breakfast here.

I can’t say enough good things about this cafeteria. The food is fresh and there’s a great variety of options, whether you’re in the mood for something light or more filling. The staff is friendly and quick, so you never feel like you’re waiting too long. Plus, it’s always clean and bright, which makes it a nice spot to take a quick break.

Best place for the morning wake up. Coffee and pastries are excellent.

They have the RUDEST lady taking orders. I attempted to order a passion fruit smoothie for my sister who just GOT OUT OF SURGERY and she said “ONE FLAVOR? That wouldn’t be a smoothie.” She refused to let me only do one fruit, said I have to order the flavors already set even though the screen gives you the option to modify the fruits. GIRL LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!! You are not doing this job for free and I AM THE ONE PAYING. If you don’t like your job, go somewhere else because you should NOT be in customer service.

Terrible service, and very rude staff, especially a curly Cuban and a middle-aged Colombian, the juices are not filtered, the coffee is very watery and the bakery products taste old, and the cost of the products is also too high, they take too much advantage that the customer has no option to buy elsewhere. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I ordered the Strawberry açaí bowl and the Mediterranean wrap with chicken (sooooo good). It has been the best açaí bowl I have had. Everything is fresh and good size portions. Absolutely delicious!!! I will definitely be going back every time I am in the area.

Rude staff. I’m severely allergic to bananas, so I alter my smoothies. I always receive push back from the staff. I’m very patient when I give my order, but they always take forever like the order is complicated (I literally substitute the bananas for two fruits). So today, the staff worker mocked my order. It’s very disappointing to receive this type of harassment from the staff. If it’s a problem to substitute ingredients in a smoothie, then please do not offer it.

Big shout out to The Purple Orchid Staff at Memorial Regional Hospital on Johnson St for their dedication and attention to customer service, no matter how hectic or busy they are, everyone is always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude, and a special thanks to Maria Jose who always knows how to make my cortadito with the right amount of sugar, served with a smile.

The lady taking the orders was rude, people that ordered after me got there food before, when O asked the lady at the counter where is my food, she told me to wait instead of going to check to see what’s going on with my food. She needs to be a little more nice.
