I like this place. However, it seems that they do not have their production processes standardized. For example, the açaí bowls vary significantly depending on the employee who prepares them and the level of “love” they put into the product. This has already happened to me a couple of times, and it’s disappointing because sometimes the experience is not as good as it should be.
Order a single coffee using the kiosk order# 367. Ended up waiting for 368 and 369 not to mention no thank you from the gentleman at the register, maybe I was of the wrong persuasion.
Service is always great, a little expensive but I’ll pay the extra $2 for some decent food instead of the cafeteria food. I love getting the croissants and the Mediterranean salad and their smoothies always delicious!
