Brad at Roux Krewe is the best Chef for Louisiana comfort food.You will fall in love with his flavors. We love the hospitality you gave us by giving us cold water on a hot day. If you’re at Yellow Green Farmers Market, do yourself a favor and find Brad’s booth — it’s straight out of New Orleans! I’ve been missing NOLA like crazy, and his food brings me right back. The flavors, the spices, the soul — it’s all there. The shrimp and crawfish étouffée is my absolute favorite — rich, buttery, and packed with that authentic Cajun flavor you just can’t fake.
