The grilled meat was sliced thin, and the flavors were exceptional. The Vietnamese grilled meat hoagies were delicious. The atmosphere were more like a market, not a restaurant. Great for party orders too.
I stumbled upon this place about a year ago and had become my fave ever since. It's tucked away in a small shopping center and not easily stumbled upon. They recently renovated the location and added some nicer seating inside and outside along with better organizing the kitchen and products so it is easier to view and see. They updated the menu and have more staff working so the wait was not long at all. I got a grilled chicken banh mi and it took about 15 minutes for them to prep it, delicious as ever! I want more and more!

I am really impressed with the fresh appearance of the establishment; it seems like they have recently undergone a change in management. The sandwiches are absolutely amazing, and the sugar cane juice evokes a wave of nostalgia. Additionally, the tri-colors dessert is simply delicious. I am definitely planning to return to sample the Pho, as it appears to be incredibly appetizing.

Pleasant surprise! There are three banh mi places down the street from each other and my friend and I hit up all three within the last week to try them out. All good, but this one was a pleasant surprise. It had a hole in the wall type of feel to it and looked more like a small shop for treats/snacks than banh mi so we didn't know what to expect. We both ordered the Dac Biet banh mi (combination) and it was only $6 each!!! The price alone was great. When the sandwiches came out, the bread was warm and soft yet still had a good crunchiness to it. The taste was also great - again a pleasant surprise for the price! I would probably say this is now my favorite spot to grab a banh mi sandwich.
They try adding tips to my bills be careful when anyone going there to order anything I r ordered 2 sandwiches and rices cookie total of $24 and change I went home checked my account showed $49 they added $25 tips to my receipt and I had drove miles away back they said I added myself won’t return my money he pretending not speaks any English so I had to call 911 till I getting my tips money back please if you do order anything in this place make sure check your receipt and most important check your bank account end of night because they can adding tips money to your receipt ???

Tucker away in a small, lowkey plaza with tons of Asian-owned businesses, Saigon Baguette offers quick and delicious and authentic banh mis a some of the best prices I've see. in South Florida. Don't expect any of the frills that you may be used to from the typical Asian fusion spots scattered around Davie. Their menu is pretty straight forward with a couple of other items worth trying (you can never go wrong with a Vietnamese coffee). I called ahead to order my food and was not told the price or how long it would take which made me a little confused if I even called the right number, but don't let the process intimidate you. Upon arrival my order was ready and the owner, despite the language barrier, was very friendly! Overall if you want great food at great prices, this is a spot worth checking out. Definitely worth it!
