My food was damaged we order different sushi combos, we had diarrhea the whole night, o called the restaurant to inform them we spend more than $100 , they were so rude , irrespective she was laughing she said go to the doctor and bring the summary, she just said I’m sorry, I ordered food weekly, but know I just hope that everyone knows that food is not fresh and raw food your raw food is not good enough not quality and the response from the staff is hilarious they just laughed at me by phone! Please run away from this restaurant they are so rude and they don’t even care about customer service

Disappointing Changes Over Time We've been ordering from this sushi restaurant for our office for years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has gone downhill. The portion sizes keep getting smaller, while the prices and additional fees keep increasing.
One of the most frustrating changes is how they now combine multiple orders into the same container. If two people order the same roll, instead of getting individual portions, they throw everything into one box, making it confusing and inconvenient to separate meals. This is especially frustrating in an office setting where each person expects their own meal.
We used to love this place, but these changes make it feel like they care more about cutting costs than providing a good customer experience.

I just got lunch here, the women at the front don't greet anyone and were impressively unfriendly. On top of the less than ok service, the food was absolutely mediocre. I spent $40 for 3 small and sub par rolls. I will NEVER go here again.

Well after enjoying this restaurant for over 15 years. I’m sad to say my relationship with Sake has ended. I been a fan of the Thai Tea and Lobster Curry were my signature entree and drink. I went the Monday after Valentines and was mortified with the service and my entree. My Thai tea was watered down and Lobster Curry literally had raw vegetables. A major disappointment. My white rice was sticky and overcooked. My spouse’s chicken fried rice was a total disappointment. The restaurant has lost its gone down. They’ve remodeled yet again and look more like a seafood fast-food restaurant.
Love this place. Been coming here for years BUT please please please order GLUTEN FREE soy sauce. Pretty pleaseeeeeees :)
UPDATE: They now have Gluten Free soy sauce. Wow. :) thank you guys so much.

Complained to the manager after getting home and seeing how poor and small the rolls were and was told that because of new management everything is smaller and that there was nothing she could do. There are much better sushi restaurants than this so don't make the same mistake I did.
