I bought coffee for takeout, and today received a charge for tips that I never gave. I never gave permission for them to take tips from my account and I believe this is scamming.

My wife and I discovered this place one day and loved the food the first time. We came today for the second time and noticed a server, Alex, stuff trash into a trash bin then proceed to bring us a platter without washing his hands. He tried to justify his behavior by saying the trash he touched was clean. I immediately declined any more food, payed for what we ate/drank and left. When I called to speak to a manager, we were given excuses as to why we could not speak to one and would have to wait until Monday to speak to one. Needless to say, we will not return and advise anyone eating there to monitor the servers to make sure they don't touch any trash before serving food. Absoluetly disgusting.

I love Cuban food! This place was very clean and very organized. The food was well seasoned. The eggs were super fresh. Of course the tostada is so good but I had mines double toasted and it was even better. The sausage was delicious. The chicken was amazing and juicy. I would definitely come back!

Valentina service is always pleasant. Her attentiveness and customer service is always exceptional.
Have to call 4 times to get an answer (no they weren't busy) and then I get there to pickup but they forgot my order. Plus I didn't get everything I ordered. Guess she rang it up the moment I showed up. Also when I arrived there were about 4 girls in the back just talking not doing anything. Food is good but service is terrible

BEWARE of the these SCAMMERS. I have prove on my credit card statement where they over charge my card and add their own additional tip without my authorization. I pay the exact same amount EVERYTIME and yet the staff on the front window adds their own tip amount without my authorization. SHAME ON THIS PLACE!!! You are embarrassing!!! I have several bank statements to prove this!!! THEY DO THIS OFTEN!!! Double check your credit and debit card statement!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Because this isn’t the first time I was scammed this way I even cross out and put a line across the tip area on the receipt so that they don’t add anything without my given consent and even that doesn’t stop them. It’s not a matter of few dollars it’s a matter of this place cannot be trusted. Next thing you know my credit card information will be stolen and used some place else. Instead of going there and discussing this with you, I rather never step my foot in that place again. I was a loyal very single morning customer and to be treated this way especially by the staff that I always tried to tip in cash any chance I had even though tip for a small cup of colada out the window is not a mandatory thing. Very unfair and unprofessional. I’ll make coffee at home from now on, cheaper and seems to be safer.

Visited Senor Café with friends and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and our server, Veronica, was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The food was good, the atmosphere was calm, and we could easily enjoy our conversation. We had a lot of fun and will definitely return.
