I work in the plaza, I went in to ask for a cup of water and the teenager asked if I made a purchase of any sort! The cost of a cup of water will NOT hurt this EMPIRES bank account. Starbucks is overrated anyway all they do is burn the beans for an Italian flavor! I’m so disappointed and disgusted smh !

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the Sheridan location Starbucks on 9/10/2024 between 1:00 and 1:15 pm. Upon arrival, I approached a barista who was preparing beverages and requested to use the restroom prior to making a purchase. She promptly informed me that restroom access was contingent upon making a purchase. I was taken aback by this response and subsequently visited Chipotle, where I was able to use the restroom without issue. As a result, I will no longer patronize that particular Starbucks location, as I find their policy to be unacceptable.
One of the best locations in the area. Kiki is managing the branch flawlessly, and made an excellent Grande Flat White for me.
She was quick, attentive, smiling, and just very pleasant overall. Flying around the store to make sure it’s clean on a rainy day - herself. Give her a raise, Starbucks!
Other teammates were great too, Lux prepared a nice dark roast refill. 100% recommend.
