Have a frapuccino at this store. I hadn't done it for a long time because I had noticed that they lowered the quality and, much to my regret, they are worse. The horrible taste. It had nothing like a frapuccino, a light consistency, no ice, an unpleasant bitterness, a lot of artificial flavor and the worst thing, I couldn't disguise it with cinnamon because they no longer place it visibly...So after being a Starbucks lover they just lost me forever as a customer.

While at this Starbucks location, I had to use the restroom. It was orderly, neat, and clean. There was restrooms that were inclusive to all genders and they were letting everyone of all races use the bathroom without issue (wasn't always the case). Not only did I feel safe, but I left feeling relieved.

Ordered drink with oat milk today and was told that they have changed their oat milk brand now because it’s free? It did not taste the same (more like regular milk). This would be a sad change for Starbucks if they are changing their milks now because it is “free”

Coming from the airport, we first stopped at this coffee shop before we continued on to our hotel. The coffee was good and the parking OK,, so we did not have to stay long or fuss.

They forgot to prepare my coffee, had me waiting for over 10 mins until I approach to ask about my order.... When I got my mocha it was over sweet like never had it before... Seems like this staff is not concentrated on what they are doing... Homeless inside started to yell and have a mental episode with his phone... Not a good night
