Arrived here with my son to get his homework done before his appointment. I walked up to the counter to order a coffee, there was no line. As I’m waiting patiently I see the employees working except for one employee who is literally standing behind the counter chatting with some other employee from another business.
At first it didn’t bother me. After waiting for at least 3-5 minutes I just decided I was going to see how long it takes for them to recognize they have a customer. The one employee is still chatting away. No hi, hello or any recognition at all.
Eventually another employee came to take my order and she was very nice and pleasant to deal with but seemed annoyed at the chatterbox employee. She is the sole reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Otherwise this was probably the worst experience at any starbucks I’ve ever had.
Usually you get greeted as soon as you walk in the door! I didn’t get greeted for almost 5 minutes while patiently waiting at the register trying to pay for a drink. If you don’t believe me review the cameras. I’m not hard to spot with a kipa and beard and a small child with a rocket ship backpack.

So I’ve been going to this Starbucks for at least 5 years or more now. And everytime I see Taylor she’s always extremely rude, hostile, and snappy. I never argued with her, I was never mean. But she’s not friendly. She shouldn’t be working with the public. She makes you feel stupid. She’s always ready to fight and start something up. She talks in a snotty tone and she does it on purpose, anytime I ask politely for help or a question with the app (simple stuff) she’s very rude and makes you feel like you’re stupid. I use to work for Starbucks and she doesn’t live up to the standards and expectations for Starbucks business and partnership. The motto is to treat your 1st customer and your very last customer the same, whether you made 5 cups or 500 cups of coffee, it could be your customers first interaction of the day. You have to treat them with kindness even if you don’t want to go above and beyond just simply listen to the customer and smile and tell them to enjoy their day/coffee. She’s never once been nice to me or polite and I really don’t know why. She should go back to training and re learn better her customer service skills. Extremely unprofessional and reflects bad on the store and management. I will be going to a different Starbucks and never again this one unless you get better management. Every other Starbucks around this city, is super nice and I would highly rate them, I never had issues even when I asked questions and everyone is super nice at literally every other location. We got the drink it didn't match what we order.so we called the store and This pleasant employee Answered He listen to our concern and he remake our drink on the spot.He apologize for for the mistake and he Greeted us with a smile when we came back. Jeremy is a gem to this location. I've been in a couple of times and it's the first time that I met him. Kudos to you Jeremy keep up the good work ? ?.
