Slow, forgets items so orders aren’t complete even with you reminding them. Store wasn’t that busy with customers for such an oversight. Very frustrating that mixed and blended coffees come out quicker than throwing two food not necessitating heating items into a bag. Iced drink came (right after being made) with the ice melted. Better off going to a drive-thru location.

Avoid this Starbucks unless the one on Hollywood Boulevard or off Stirling are for some reason closed. Slow, inexperienced workers at the register causing delay and getting orders wrong. Place not clean with no one policing the sitting area. Cups all over the place and trash overflowing.
I stood there for almost 10 minutes while the cashier chit chatted with the couple in line before me. I understand explaining the menu etc but they were also joking around while I just stood there. I ended up walking out. She didn't even care! Terrible experience! I will never return to this location. You just don't treat people like that.

I had such a pleasant visit to this Starbucks during my trip to Florida! The store, located Sheridan, was super clean and inviting, a perfect spot to take a break.
The service was fantastic, and I want to give a big shout-out to Annel, and Avery for making my experience even better. They were all so kind and helpful, especially when I had questions about the menu.
This was a fantastic stop, and I’m looking forward to coming back next time I’m in town!

Worst attention I’ve ever had in a Starbucks. Waited over 25 minutes for an order and didn’t get serviced until I asked, after 25 minutes, if my order was coming or not, it turns our it was on the other printer and they just didn’t take the paper from there because they had too many orders in store and were busy, but saw them service several people that came to just pick up and that ordered before me ONLINE!! I wish I could give them 0 stars but unfortunately it is not possible! Also when I asked for a refund, they didn’t give me the full amount! I was supposed to get $12.20 and only got $11.98 guess the girl needed those extra cents. Not only they didn’t want to serve me but they kept part of my money! Enjoy your cents and your terrible service!
