I went by after work to get a coffee and Kelly and Alex were so thoughtful and considerate of what I wanted. I had a few questions and both of them went above and beyond to answer them! Thank you Kelly for that venti matcha as well this location is the best I’ve been to within service and atmosphere! Will be coming back again:)

They make the drinks awesome the people who work there are great like Connor and the rest of the staff. Great place to have a cup of coffee and maybe a snack on a lunch break
Slow, forgets items so orders aren’t complete even with you reminding them. Store wasn’t that busy with customers for such an oversight. Very frustrating that mixed and blended coffees come out quicker than throwing two food not necessitating heating items into a bag. Iced drink came (right after being made) with the ice melted. Better off going to a drive-thru location.

Avoid this Starbucks unless the one on Hollywood Boulevard or off Stirling are for some reason closed. Slow, inexperienced workers at the register causing delay and getting orders wrong. Place not clean with no one policing the sitting area. Cups all over the place and trash overflowing.
