My receipt was stamped 0826. All verifiable by camera. Seems like the store is managed inappropriately because there were 9 people working.

Still one of the slowest locations! They have all these online drink orders sitting here and still making more but not whos standing right in front of them. Everyttime I come it takes 15 to 20min!!!!! For a drink one drink! They really need to pause how many online orders they accept

This Starbucks location is consistently disappointing. Every time I order a Grande Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, the portion of dragonfruit inclusions is noticeably lacking, often no more than five or six pieces. As a result, the drink looks and tastes like plain lemonade, with almost no color or flavor from the dragonfruit. On my most recent visit, I politely asked if a small amount more could be added due to how little was included. I was told I would be charged extra, despite only asking for a minimal adjustment, not additional scoops, just enough to make the drink consistent with what is typically served. I am aware of standard scoop portions, and this location clearly does not follow them. I have also been informed by an employee at this store that staff are instructed to be unusually stingy with inclusions. For the price being charged, this level of inconsistency and cost-cutting is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Starbucks, specifically the one on Sheridan Street, has been terrible, twice now. The employees have been awful. Besides, it's a place where they're capable of telling your three-year-old child that they can't run around or talk loudly while you wait for your order because it bothers those sitting at a computer. They might as well put up a sign prohibiting young children. They should just designate it as a place for people to work. It's very unpleasant to go to a place like that; I don't recommend it at all. Don't go! I won't be going back, not even compared to other Starbucks where the staff and customers are friendly.

This is my daily morning routine stop! Everyone (mostly) knows my name and drink immediately as soon as they hear my voice or see me at the drive thru ready to order. I definitely enjoy speaking to all of the employees at the window who are kind and sweet. Damian, Claudia, Saul and more to mention are excellent !!!
