I just left to buy a coffee for my mom, she was drinking quietly and almost swallowed this piece of God knows what it is, but it's super dangerous she could see it swallowed, what a bad protocol

I ordered a shot of espresso for $2.95, and I get that it’s supposed to be small, but what they gave me was basically a droplet. Honestly, it looked like someone thought about making coffee and just spit in the cup instead. When I asked the barista about it, she hit me with full-on attitude: “Well, if you want more, you’ll have to pay more. That’s just how it is, a cute little sip.”
ordered a trenta pink drink it first of all it was not filled to the top and secondly watered down so much. the bottom of the drink looked atrocious. didn’t go back because the line got long

Today I ordered a coffee Frappuccino, and unfortunately, it wasn’t what I expected. The drink tasted more like milk than coffee, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if they could improve the preparation or provide better training for the staff on how to make Frappuccinos properly.
