This used to be the BEST Starbucks. There was a tall man with piercings, Mercedes & a few others - but now they are all gone. Best drinks, friendly, knew what they were doing.
Now- drinks are lukewarm. No one knows how to make ANYTHING. I order at least $10-100 a week from Starbucks - this location can’t make a decent pumpkin spice latte now LOL.
I was given a broken plastic cup 02.01 (VENTI) that spilled ALL over me and my car. No apologies from the staff, no napkins, wet naps. No refund, no gift card. I had to REQUEST napkins to clean my car from the coffee. Both the manager - the Asian girl and the girl at the front were so incompetent with not knowing how to handle a spilled drink due to a cracked plastic cup. The drink was 10% in my car and so bad I had to go home to change my clothes which resulted in my family being 20 minutes late for the hourly lessons ($100 each) that I pay for.
I also asked the girl for wet paper towels & guess what she gave me- sanitizing wipes because her manager told her to. My car is leather. Two imbeciles following each other.

Probably one of the greatest Starbucks experience I've ever had in my entire life, I've lived an entire 34 years and I've experienced many Starbucks drinks pastries and just general ambience that I cannot really explain because besides as average until I visited this store I experienced something I've never experienced my entire life before. There is a man about 6'1 with a light beard with espresso bean brown eyes so somebody call it mahogany eyes no I will not go that far. He greeted me with such poise elegance I was motived to write this review.

Coming back from the beach late in the afternoon, we stopped for some cold refreshing coffee drinks and to sit and use the free wifi. Simple interior, a few food products for sale.

I had an extremely alarming experience at this establishment 11-7-24 . I ordered a coffee, and after taking a sip, I immediately noticed a strong chemical taste. Upon further inspection, I discovered what appeared to be bleach in my coffee. This is not only unacceptable but also a severe health risk.
As a consumer, I urge others to exercise caution and consider going elsewhere for their safety. Situations like this are inexcusable and highlight a lack of care and attention to customer well-being. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to ensure this never happens again.
Van assisted me with my order today, and was an absolute gem. Definitely a partner that embodies the spirit of the Starbucks of old and has a very bright future.

As a loyal Starbucks customer, I expect better service, especially considering the brand's reputation for customer-centricity.Every time I visit this location approximately 6:31pm at the older lady working at the window she always imitates my pronunciation of the word Whole milk I find it very offensive and she is very unwelcoming I only experience this type of discrimination at this location.To add insult she purposely submitted my order wrong and added whip cream even though I asked for none,I will also follow up with corporate as this is unacceptable.

As a starbucks employee myself, these baristas are extremely kind and all work hard. They are all quick and reliable with great customer connection as well. The drive thru is always moving and getting their drinks on time. A lot of tables and spaces to study so good for those who get their work done at an outside space. Parking is endless here with no restriction/limits. The cleanliness is spot on and if you’re in the area I’d definitely recommend to stop by. Especially this gentleman named Zach and a young lady named Van. You will not regret coming here.
