I went here last week Saturday and on the way out I stopped to get a pup cup for my puppy and a drink for my daughter. Alicia was so rude while taking my order. She rolled her eyes too many time and had a look of discuss on her face once my puppy approached the register. I quickly decided not to order anything and we left. Never again from this starbucks. Alicia was not warm, friendly or inviting. She shouldn't be working for Starbucks with that terrible attitude. Worst experience from any starbucks I've ever been to and I go everyday sometimes twice a day.

Horrible service. I never do reviews but I had to this time. Just left this place on 11/29/23 at 6:30pm, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the short girl that was at the register at the time.I placed my order around 6:00pm. She fulfilled the order of the person that payed after me who also just happened to work at the mall, and then she just kept walking around while I thought she was doing my order, then more people just started to come in and she just kept taking orders.Almost 20 minutes later my mom asked her where was our order, and finally she started to make our drinks after she obviously forgot about it, then gave us our order which was trash watered down drinks basically.You could also tell she got mad at us when the only thing we wanted was our drinks so that we could leave that place. Definitely not coming back.

The worst Starbucks! The staff is super rude and they also take too long to deliver the orders! They believe that one's time as a driver is not worth it!.... they can prepare the order and one can wait more than 20 minutes for it to be delivered because the person is rude...

Good coffee but they all are, basically. There is of course mastery but not everyone has that skill. I do like Starbucks but they have either good baristas or ones that aren’t passionate. Enjoy when you meet a good one and tip him or her or whatever the individual refers to as to their identity. Right?
This location is extremely fast and very helpful. They always help me find what I want when I can't decide, and it always hits the spot.

I ordered a London Fog tea latte and a spinach, feta, and egg white wrap. The latte was unflavored, tasted weak and not brewed properly. The wrap was a disaster. It was burnt and did not have filling.

Our drinks were very good but we had a horrible experience with one of the baristas. Her name is Vanessa, she was extremely rude and gave us attitude for absolutely no reason. I understand if she was having a bad day but there is no reason to take it out on customers.
