Horrible service. I never do reviews but I had to this time. Just left this place on 11/29/23 at 6:30pm, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the short girl that was at the register at the time.I placed my order around 6:00pm. She fulfilled the order of the person that payed after me who also just happened to work at the mall, and then she just kept walking around while I thought she was doing my order, then more people just started to come in and she just kept taking orders.Almost 20 minutes later my mom asked her where was our order, and finally she started to make our drinks after she obviously forgot about it, then gave us our order which was trash watered down drinks basically.You could also tell she got mad at us when the only thing we wanted was our drinks so that we could leave that place. Definitely not coming back.

Good coffee but they all are, basically. There is of course mastery but not everyone has that skill. I do like Starbucks but they have either good baristas or ones that aren’t passionate. Enjoy when you meet a good one and tip him or her or whatever the individual refers to as to their identity. Right?

If you’re already shopping at Target where this location is, then by all means if you have a craving satisfy it. I prefer the location that’s next door…which has more available options.
Our drinks were very good but we had a horrible experience with one of the baristas. Her name is Vanessa, she was extremely rude and gave us attitude for absolutely no reason. I understand if she was having a bad day but there is no reason to take it out on customers.

First this location by MOD pizza was lame.Waited 20 min for 2 coffees, ordered 2 peppermint white chocolate mochas. Waited 20 min, got 2 peppermint regular mochas and tasted like i was drinking hot chocolate. Didn’t want to wait longer for 2 coffees just fix the order. Today the staff was lazy and coffees weren’t great.
