Manager gives you the ick. Waited in line to get my drink, all the employees looked stressed and miserable and the reason why could not be more apparent. The manager is some messy looking guy that talks down to them. Witnessed him talking rudely to employees and making customers uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and it made me want to leave without making a purchase, but I stuck it out. Saw he interviewed someone, I'm guessing for a job, and she left his office in tears. Like, what??? How do you bring an interviewee to tears before they even start working there??? This man needs to be fired if this location is to ever survive. Also my drink was made wrong but I don't blame employees for not striving to do well under that kind of leadership. Someone needs to notify corporate about this guy.

I am hooked on the vanilla bean frappucino I have been drinking it for nearly 14 years when i got my first job. No judgement right lol, theyre delicious. This location didnt disappointment.

This has to be the WORSE LOCATION of all Starbucks in the world. I doubt there is a worse than that one anywhere else.The orders are always wrong.The staff has faces and attitudes.And the store is absolutely disgusting dirty.But not only dirty! This isUNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE DIRTY!! ????At least right now they have a Manager that clearly cares and is professional on her approach to problems! But she is clearly fighting against her whole crew of imbeciles

This is a great Starbucks coffee shop, it has particular high volume because where it's located especially around shift change between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. and p.m. really you only want to visit it at this time you're really craving their excellent coffee. They provide everything the normal Starbucks does, but the only shooting area is in the lobby of the hospital. Kind of changes that they don't have dine in seating. But their coffee is great and then I go for it in that aspect.Parking: This is in the lobby of the hospital. Where the same parking applies they have free valet and free garage parking. And, plenty of handicapped parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very accessible there isn't even a front door as long as you make it into the lobby of the main entrance you are there. It has Great Accessibility

The staff on 06/11/23 at 1:30 has poor customer service, including rolling his eyes because I asked to add a second coffee and to remove the cream since I have lactose intolerance.

6-24-23So my husband has surgery at the hospital and this Starbuck's is conveniently located in the Main Hospital entrance. Unfortunately for me is we entered the Outpatient entrance the day before at 5:30 AM so didn't know the place existed. Sure the doctors tell me go to Starbucks as I wait for my husband to get out of surgery. I see the Starbucks cups but ended up that first day in the employee cafeteria which surprisingly has everything under the sun but no Starbucks. The next morning I bring my hubby his Dunkin Donuts coffee and nurses doughnuts as I walk in during the daylight I clearly see the Starbucks. After I get hubby his much needed coffee fix and blueberry muffin I head on over. Pleasantly surprised no lines yet so I went to town so to speak as I haven't eaten in a day. I get the passion fruit unsweetened ice tea, a chicken biscuit sandwich with maple syrup, a rice Krispy marshmallow treat for hubby and salted almonds chocolate covered for me for later. Service was better than your average Starbucks and I was able to pay on my Starbucks app which is a bonus. Have no idea why this place has low ratings as this place is clean, friendly and they were not out of anything which is a rarity for any Starbucks location. Note they are in the same location that used to be the home of McDonald's.
