Don't waste your time. Didn't have venti size, didn't have ice, AND didn't have fruit inclusion for their drinks. Girl with purple dyed hair has a horrible attitude to top it all off. Won't ever order from this location again.

Ana and her co worker Lara NEED a third person to HELP out! It’s very unfair to them. They need their brakes and lunchtime. They NEED a third person to have Starbucks running smoothly. They are being “OVER” worked and I can almost guarantee you that they’re “possibly” being underpaid for all their extra services that they provide for the customers and for these two companies. Target & Starbucks owes that to the customer and the employee. They work too hard! If Ana & Lara read this: We appreciate you guys dearly and we hope that there’s a BIG change. You guys deserve the best. If no one speaks out for you guys or stands in the gap for you guys, don’t worry. I’m going to follow up with corporate and hopefully change happens with better leadership and training. Target and Starbucks PLEASE make our shopping experience better.

The so called supervisor that works the morning/afternoon shift is very rude and nasty. I ordered a hot tea and simply told her to have the employees Not put the string that's attached to the tea bags inside my cup. Boyyyyyyyyy, why did I tell her that?? She got an attitude with me. These Barista folks need to be Retrained. Seriously, who's hiring these rude people??

If you’re looking for coffee with an attitude, this is the place! Seriously, who’s hiring these people?
I used to go to this Starbucks every day, but the customer service got so bad it started ruining my coffee. No one wants to start their morning like that!
Today, I stopped by and ordered my usual along with a pup cup for my dog. When I mentioned it was for a large dog, the barista snapped, “We only have one size for that.” I just said, “Okay?” and moved on. As I was pulling up my app to pay, she started taking another order, so I waited. When I was finally ready, she gave me a nasty look, and when I said I was ready, she rudely replied, “Well, I’m waiting for you!”
Her attitude was awful—definitely won’t be coming back.

Visited Starbucks because of a bogo special. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. It was just okay, not very sweet at all. However, it was ready on time despite them being busy.
