This Starbucks makes the worst matcha . Very watered down and not blended well. If you would like a good matcha, you’re better off going to the Starbucks inside of Target.
Since Jordan has his face, I feel so bad for him.

Earlier I did not have enough for my brown sugar shaken expresso and a birthday cake pop, so I asked V at the window to take it off. When she handed me the drink, she proceeded to give me the cake pop anyways and said “I got you, it’s fine.” That really made my day!
Very good and friendly customer service. Keep up the good work, starbucks!
My only word of advice to the young lady is when asking for a full name, she should say her full name instead of just having the letter V on her name tag.

My experience with this Starbucks is very distasteful the manager Jeremy allowed someone to steal my order and instead of him replacing my order he told me that I have to sit and suffer and wait on DoorDash to remake my order. All because of a ticket when clearly their camera show along with my ring doorbell showed that I did not receive my food. I will be calling corporate to report him as a very unprofessional manager because not only do he not care about his customers, but he don't care if they have their daily coffee.

Im only laving this review because ive never been more mortifed at the customer service at a starbucks location….. 840 am i ordered an 8.35$ coffee when i asked if i could have Cinnamon powder sprinkled on top … the drive thru order taker a boy with braids and a viser was disgustingly rude said “we charge for that “ after explaining that i myself have was a partner for 7 years in NY and that was never true … after being frustrated snd not even wanting the drink after the encounter i call and speak to the shift TAYLOR with PINK HAIR to explain the situation .. she seemed pleasant at first and explained that it was not in case a rule to charge for cinnamon and she reassured me to come back she wsnted to rectify the situation but offering me the drink …. I explained that i would have to come in my lunch break as i was at work …. So i come in and and when i ask the person on warmer if taylor was around as she instructed me to ask for her when i came back to the store ALLY on warmer decided to ask “what for “ not hi how r u what can i help you with … again further solidifying the lack of customer service this location has …. So i FINALLY meet taylor and as i was explaining to her what just transpired with yet another partner she goes “ ive been a partner for 10 years we are a great store 1 insist shouldnt determine that “ at that point i just laughed because clearly this store cares NOTHING about customer service just to take your money … the people seem miserable to work there which is unfortunate as starbucks is a great company ! For me to take the time to write this out should show that all i want is better customer service i dnt want a free drink i dnt want an apology … just give better service when somone is purchasing
Something for your store be better partners! And to the guest that come theres many other location in south florida that will treat you better and show more respext to a paying patron.

I had to take a moment to shout out the amazing customer service we received from Javi at this Starbucks location. My daughter and I came in feeling completely drained—our son has been in the hospital nearby, and it’s been a tough few days.
Javi welcomed us with such genuine kindness and warmth. He went out of his way to make sure our order was just right, and his smile and positive attitude truly made a difference in our day. Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that mean the most, and Javi’s kindness reminded us that people really do care.
Thank you, Javi, for your compassion and excellent service. You turned a hard moment into something comforting, and we’re so grateful. Starbucks is lucky to have you!

Came in today sat outside and also ordered two ice coffees, one grande and one tall ice coffee with whip cream and I came in to get a refill and the the manager states I needed a cup and didn't want to give me a refill after proving my purchase of two ice black coffees. Attitude was disgusting. Then proceeded to say we're out of ice black coffees. And cold brew is not apart. ... So I asked for a cup of ice and hot coffee when I asked for two cups of ice it was a problem... Sir with hot ass coffee one cup of ice won't be enough..... I believe there customer service wasn't pleasant at all.

Didn’t care much for this Starbucks- the staff was unfriendly and there wasn’t a high chair for my toddler to have breakfast. The matcha was piping hot, almost boiling. Likely to not come back.

Arguably the best Starbucks location in my view. As I scrolled through the reviews, I noticed the negative ones referred to the drive-thru lane. Those customers may belong to the 'IDIOCRACY' world. Yes! the drive-thru line gets long at times, but that line moves at a very fast pace. The Baristas are also super friendly. I can't recall having a customer service issue for many years.

Asked for a dark roast. They responded they stop making the dark roast early. Asked if they can do a pour over, they responded they Don’t have the tools to do it. I remember when starbucks first started. Their attitude them was all can you have attitude. Wondering if what are we witnessing is the eventually fall that usually occurs once you start slipping back? Wondering what the owner will say about this.
10:30 am November 5th I experienced the worst attitudes and slowest service today from your entire lobby staff . If people don’t like their jobs or don’t want to work they should quit or be fired
