I went to get a regular coffee and had my meeting inside. When I was done I went and asked for a refill and some Caucasian lady with a shark tattooed on her arm came and served me. First thing she asked was if I was in the place the whole day. Didn't think nothing of it but she was rude. She told me it was 54 cents and then I went to ask why was it free scanning with app at some other location and not here. She went to be dismissive with no explanation and just handed me the coffee. She did not asked if I wanted cream or sugar. I told Javier to give me her name and he said they don’t give out name despite having named tags. He said she had probably lost her. I understand people have bad days but gosshh! This just led me to think why? Is it because I’m hispanic or have a certain look? The experience was horrible! If she is having a bad have her stay home for the day
