It’s horrible! Drive-in line 30 minutes. I believe the manager has to be fix it. And this not first time, this is constantly.

Worst customer service ever! The manager with the black glasses and black hair has the nastiest attitude ever! Went into get a cinnamon pull apart and it was raw so I went back to the store to get another 1 she remade it and never said sorry for the inconvenience or nothing. I then confronted her about her not even apologizing for the inconvenience and she said she doesn’t make the food and I told her I understand that but at least you can do is apologize for the inconvenience and me having to come back to the store so you guys can remake the food that I purchased. She has a very nasty attitude and should not be a manager. May god bless her.

I’ve been ordering the same drink for a long time — Venti Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with light ice. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to has always made it correctly.

Today, I was told that if I want light ice, I will get “space in the cup” and they refused to adjust the drink unless I paid extra. This is extremely misleading, because they are charging for a full drink, but then intentionally giving you less product if you ask for less ice.

That is not “policy” — that is scamming customers and hoping they won’t notice.

This will be my last time ordering from this location. If a business needs to cut corners on an iced drink to save a few cents, it says everything about their integrity.

Went for the glass bear this morning after I called last night to confirm they would have them available. Imagine my surprise today, when they did not have a single one. They said last update they will release @ 2 pm and only 2. I will be calling corporate and reporting this location.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. When I arrived, I was greeted and told that next time I should give them more time to prepare my drink. Then, when I got to the window, my drink was not even prepared correctly. I went inside to speak with the manager, and she repeated the same message—that I need to give them more time.

As a customer spending nearly $10 for a drink, I don’t believe it’s appropriate to be told what I need to do differently, especially when the expectation is that mobile orders will be prepared in a timely and accurate manner. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks because of the excellent customer service and consistency, and at most locations—even when busy—the drinks are prepared correctly and the staff are courteous. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed and turned off.

Going forward, I’ll be purchasing my drinks at the Starbucks inside Target right behind the store instead. This experience was completely unacceptable.

This Starbucks makes the worst matcha . Very watered down and not blended well. If you would like a good matcha, you’re better off going to the Starbucks inside of Target.

Earlier I did not have enough for my brown sugar shaken expresso and a birthday cake pop, so I asked V at the window to take it off. When she handed me the drink, she proceeded to give me the cake pop anyways and said “I got you, it’s fine.” That really made my day!

Very good and friendly customer service. Keep up the good work, starbucks!

My only word of advice to the young lady is when asking for a full name, she should say her full name instead of just having the letter V on her name tag.

My experience with this Starbucks is very distasteful the manager Jeremy allowed someone to steal my order and instead of him replacing my order he told me that I have to sit and suffer and wait on DoorDash to remake my order. All because of a ticket when clearly their camera show along with my ring doorbell showed that I did not receive my food. I will be calling corporate to report him as a very unprofessional manager because not only do he not care about his customers, but he don't care if they have their daily coffee.
