I went to get a regular coffee and had my meeting inside. When I was done I went and asked for a refill and some Caucasian lady with a shark tattooed on her arm came and served me. First thing she asked was if I was in the place the whole day. Didn't think nothing of it but she was rude. She told me it was 54 cents and then I went to ask why was it free scanning with app at some other location and not here. She went to be dismissive with no explanation and just handed me the coffee. She did not asked if I wanted cream or sugar. I told Javier to give me her name and he said they don’t give out name despite having named tags. He said she had probably lost her. I understand people have bad days but gosshh! This just led me to think why? Is it because I’m hispanic or have a certain look? The experience was horrible! If she is having a bad have her stay home for the day

Starbucks it’s a coffee shop that people sit and eat…. I don’t think big dog or any dog should be allow inside!! Because when the dog start to shake its whole body!! All the hair start flying. And it’s disgusting.
I went through drive thru told them exactly how I wanted my order with the pineapple pass fruit refresher with lemonade and add dragon fruit when I got to the window paid they gave me a mango dragon fruit refresher I I told him this is not what I ordered the guy said ok I will fix it for you he then left came back for me to repeat my order just to come back to the window and give me back the same drink he him gave me the mango dragon fruit and told me it’s the dragon fruit that gives it that color I was very upset because he thought I was a fool I should of went inside and gave it back but I was on break and had to head back to the hospital it’s always something at this location
