Terrible subway would never eat here again. Rude staff and managers , dirty store, slow customer service. Overall just a poor experience.

The girl who helped me today on 02/22/25 was very unpleasant. She was with my children and I did not allow her to enter the bathroom because she has a very bad character. It makes me sad to eat in this subway.
Well on 221/2025 me and my wife went to this particular Subway according to the advertisements on TV there was a buy one get one special so anyways needless to say that was only on the app which it doesn't say that on TV but besides the point we got two 12-inch subs one with ham and one Italian a couple of thin pieces of meat so thin that you can see through them they didn't have any olives so for two little sandwiches with a couple of tiny tiny pieces of meat it was in a small soda it was $30. That is the last time that I'll ever eat at Subway. I could have gone to a regular sub shop for the same price or less and got it stacked with me instead of two pieces so thin that you could see through.

I like new renovation at this location. Look brighter and cleaner.
Today, the man who made my order was nice and looked brand new. But he was nice.
Most things seem fresh except lettuces and cucumbers.

The Reason for me giving this Review is because I have never experienced anything like this at any other Subway. I usually order through apps. But on this particular location. I have to Remind them to put napkins or to put my sandwich in a secure bag if is raining. If I don’t call ahead I never get it. So on this particular day I called August this year I am always courteous. I asked For napkins but I sensed the young man didn’t like it. Needless to say. My order arrived with no napkins . so much salt and pepper that it wasn’t edible. I ask for the manager later on and was told he was on permanent leave. I call corporate 4 times and so far it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. My advice is don’t ask for extra things even if you’re entitled to. I also believe in being a good customer. But there are bad employees out there as well. My sandwich look ravaged it was salty and nothing extra which I pay for And no one cares !! !!

I frequent customer and there is just only one employee who cares about you. I don’t know the name but this is the short guy you can see the picture. He’s the one who always make requests about the order and smiles

I don't get what the complaints are about, because they must have come at the wrong time I guess. Every time I come in here it is to pick up my daughter's order and it is always immediately ready and the person that works there late night is always super nice. I've also ordered from the subway plenty of time since I live nearby and have never been disappointed. Also, if you call to customize your order in any way, they will do it for you with no problems as long as it's a reasonable request for the price you paid. Once again, as a delivery person, this is the only chain restaurant nearby that will remake the order without giving you any problems about it or requiring that a ticket be printed or whatever the case may be. It is much more one to one and I think that if you put out positive energy then you will receive it back. Of course, I also understand lazy employees messed up the positive vibes. It is not right for any employee to act in titled, or like they don't want to be there. Please, if this is you then leave the attitude at home because no one likes it, including your boo!
Vegetarian options: This is the one thing I'm not crazy about when it comes to subw to Subway. I think you pretty much just have veggies that they can put on bread, or salads that they can throw together. It would be nice if they could get a little bit more creative with their vegetarian options. I have for the veggie patty is decent but I'm not even sure if they have that anymore and I've never had it, they can stand to perk it up for the greenies. I guess there's always pizza. Have tried v either. I would if it was in front of me, but I would've wavy to spend my money on it when there's lots of better pizza available elsewhere.
Parking: Parking is behind the statue, just turn in and drive straight in. I've never seen the parking lot so clean. It's a huge improvement from what it used to look like 6-8 mo actually. nths ago. The only area that could be cleaned up better is the road when you are driving out. It is small and often full of debris and you have to drive very carefully so that you don't work anything on the bottom of your car.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, nice little ramp for folks with mobility needs. I must confess though, one of the first times that I walked into the store I did not anticipate the p and tripped and fell, almost fell on my face. That's just me though, I trip and fall several times a year, which is a huge improvement for me year. I do think a they may have repainted because I'm quite certain it used to blend in more with the sidewalk. One moment I'm walking casually toward the door, next I'm full on falling hard fully forward, body planting the pavement halfway between the ramp and the sidewalk as look up to see a bunch of people surrounding me and asking if I'm alright. Not embarrassing at all! Plus I got free holes on the knees of my jeans. Good times!
