I don't get what the complaints are about, because they must have come at the wrong time I guess. Every time I come in here it is to pick up my daughter's order and it is always immediately ready and the person that works there late night is always super nice. I've also ordered from the subway plenty of time since I live nearby and have never been disappointed.
