Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. I don't expect a lot, I get it, it's fast food. But this kid talked to me like he wanted me out as fast as possible. Asked for double meat, he didn't put it, basically made my sandwich as fast as he could putting as little ingredients as possible. Kid also rushed to sit back down on his phone before I even walked out the door. Horrible. I won't be back if he's here

The service on Taft street is very slow. Only one person working here with a line almost out the door. The wait time is ridiculous. Want visit again.

If you are going to order, go directly to the store. 3 times I ordered through the app and I always request sauces inside a sandwich as allowed by the application and they send me a vegan bread (not sauces) how sad that to pick up they do not put care

Horrible service and food!!! I went down to order my sandwich, being a drive-thru establishment, but I left disappointed, the lettuce was old, the tomatoes were damaged, in general all the vegetables were old and outdated, but what made me doubt the most was when I grabbed the cheeses and threw the one in front away.... When you enter the place, the smell of urine greets you... with hundreds of bird droppings...

The worker who is always there is extremely rude and acts nasty to customers. this is recurring everytime me and my partner come here. He yelled at me when I told him I ordered a 6in sub not a footlong and shut the door in my face. everytime I come here hes on the same mean attitude and throws the sandwitch instead of kindly handing it. do better its rediculous.

I made an online order and came to pick it up a few minutes earlier than the app said. Nobody was at the store and the worker refused to make my sandwich a few minutes earlier. I don’t speak English well but he purposely went inside to sit down and be on his phone and told me to wait until the time that the app said it was going to be ready.

Went to pick up my order i placed on line and had to wait for someone to appear from the back. They have a curb at the pick up window that needs to go. It can really mess up low vehicles if not careful. Easy to not see and run it over.

The gentlemen working here deserves a raise, I came in to pickup my mobile order I placed 3 minutes ago and this man was hustling building 3 sandwiches at the same time and taking care of customers are the drive through.
