I came to this subway with my boyfriend and I just would say it was the WORST experience ever!!! This man wanted to rush us to order even though we weren’t taking long and no one else is in line. Then he proceeded to not put the main things in our sandwiches like something as simple as CHEESE. So then we went back in to tell him about the errors and he catches even more of an attitude. So then we ask him if he could remake or refund us. He said no. I asked for his name so I can leave a review and he rudely declined and proceeded to talk crap about us to the manager. The manager is the ONLY one actually had customer service but whoever this employee is needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

If I could put a zero it will be zeros all the way. I placed an order online while being next to the store. Noticed no one answered the order till 5 minutes after this order was made. Once I saw he finished noticing he forgot to add oil and vinegar the order after done showed pending. I had to drive up and he didn't even confirm my identity and told me to pull up. Handed me rolling eyes my order and walked away. No hi , welcome to subway, 0 eye contact only eye roll and disappeared to back of store. Would never recommend this garbage location to no one!!!!!

Customer service appears to be lacking at this subway establishment. The employee, who is possibly of Indian descent, was exceedingly rude. He hurried us to place our order and exhibited a very poor attitude throughout, despite being the only customer in line at the drive-thru. I have observed multiple reviews concerning customer service, some as recent as a few weeks ago. It is crucial that management addresses these issues promptly before the situation deteriorates further.

Yeah don't waste your time here. Got three subs, had a coupon and the Indian guy gave attitude about not being able to use them. Then had an attitude the entire time making the sandwiches. Mine was good but the meatball marinara I got for a family member was garbage. publix is worth more your money.

I love Subway sandwiches, so with a great attitude I placed my order online and went to pick it up at the Subway located at 6582 Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024, on Thursday, October 23rd at 2:35 p.m. When I arrived, I greeted the employee politely, said my name, and explained that I had an online order. My English isn’t perfect, but I speak it well. Still, the woman who attended me started yelling, saying she couldn’t understand me. Her attitude was so aggressive, even with a discriminatory tone, that I was honestly shocked. I calmly repeated my name and order, and she replied: “I’m not a mind reader to know what you’re here for.” It was so unbelievable that I thought it was a hidden camera prank. I’m very critical about customer service, but I’m also respectful and patient however, this situation crossed every limit of what is tolerable. What made it even worse is that the manager was right there, saw everything, and did absolutely nothing. She didn’t intervene or say a word she just smiled, I don’t know if out of embarrassment or indifference. I felt so uncomfortable and distrustful that I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. Recommendation: Subway has delicious food, but if you don’t want to be mistreated, avoid this location specifically. I will never return.

I ordered around 9pm 9/27/25. The guy looked middle Eastern. I ordered two meatballs sandwiches he told me to stayed where you ordered on the speaker and told me to wait there. I thought that was weird but after a while I pulled up. He gave me the sandwiches without asking if I wanted something added to it. When I got home the meat was burnt and it taste nasty. Save yourself the money and don't go there.
My fiance always complained about the young middle eastern guy with glasses. But actually encounting him for myself was crazy. He is so rude. Very bad at customer service nasty attitude. The worst i ever seen its ridiculous. Never again I will come here.

To be honest this place i awful staring with that indian guy that works there , he got no type of customer service, he’s rude, no manners, he disrespected my wife screaming at her… i get out late from work and all i want is to get a nice sub from Subway i literally pulled up at 12:20pm and he claims its already close time, he doesn’t respect the hrs of closing, the owner really gotta see what type of employees he/she have bc thats a good way of loosing customers I dont know what his problem is, he should of went to college or something because he really hates his job there ! and i guess he takes his anger out to customers that go to that subway please take some action whoever is in charge of that corporation.
