I ordered a tuna sandwich on Uber eats, I did not select my sandwich to be toasted. But for some reason the lady at this location toasted my tuna sandwich. I went to the location after receiving my sandwich and asked her to please remake it because that was not what I ordered. She refused and said she cannot. I showed her my Uber order showing that the sandwich I received was wrong and she still refused to remake my order. All I wanted was the correct sandwich I paid for!
Ever since I met Marina and Aisha going to subway has been amazing. They’re so kind and nice and well mannered. I always look forward to speaking with them because they make the subway experience a score of 200/100.
