This Subway is my favorite in Broward County for many reasons. The employees are consistently exceptional in how friendly they are, they somehow make the sandwiches taste better (I think it is the way they bake the bread), and the place is spotlessly clean. It always is a very pleasant retreat for me during the work day.

Worst subway. When I order for delivery I end up with this store (I usually go to Sheridan plaza if I go in person). The orders are always wrong - something is left out; they are the smallest sandwiches in the area; they are less than minimally filled (they under fill meats and toppings). The last order of a turkey sub the meat stank. Had to throw it away. Write to subway and nothing happened. I’ll stick with the Sheridan plaza store which is usually good.
Worst subway I have ever been to. PAZ was so rude. We ordered online and the pickup time was at 3PM and we got there exactly at 3PM and our orders were not ready, instead she kept taking the people that got there after us. When we requested politely several times, she said she has to take in the walk-ins first, even the ones that came after us. We told her we were running late for a flight and she still asked us to wait & kept ignoring us. We finally got our order at 3:30 with no apology or sympathy. Instead, she was rude and kept ignoring us and talking to the other customers. I guess that’s the standard of customer service that subway provides now.
