They need to fire the blonde European lady that works there she’s the rudest person I’ve ever seen working in customer service. I’ve been in this location ALOT since I’m a local & she never fails to shock me with how rude she is. She seems miserable and needs to find a different job for the customers sake the success of the restaurant & honestly her own sake.

One of the worse SB's customer service I've ever experienced, saw 2 people walking out, can't see this place being in business for very long. Natalie the person who was serving was very unhelpful and rude, not willing to sell or prepare the food well. Take your money elsewhere where you'll have a better experience, there are better places to enjoy some food, Google is your friend😉.

Literally just left this location at 1201 N Boardwalk. Entered - not greeted by rude blonde European, asked for flatbread, no flatbread. Asked for cold cut combo, no cold cut combo. Asked for hot honey chicken, told did not have chicken. So I asked “what do you have” told turkey ham and roast beef. I asked her to proceed and after she prepared my sandwich, I went to pay at which time she told me they do not accept credit. I asked if she could break $100 she said no. I had $9 of the total $9.19. She grabbed the sandwich and said “no sandwich” at which time she grabbed the sandwich and threw it away. Unbelievable at rude horrible behavior. Subway corporate should be ashamed.

It's standard subway fare, but my service was a tragedy. This location also only has one type of bread and as we walked in it took the workers a second to get off their phones and help us. The one white European lady was particularly egregious with genuinely awful service and it made me feel like she genuinely hated my guts the second I walked in.

I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and asked for them to both have drinks and chips. I didn’t even want the chips but figured ok. After not getting my second drink, I asked for it and was told by the old blonde lady that I ordered it wrong. No I didn’t. She heard what she wanted to hear. On top of that, I had tipped $4 to make it better for the employees. Two people ordering btw eating in. She then proceeded to bill me again which I thought was the difference but it wasn’t! She billed $5.00 for an extra chip and drink and said she would have to call the manager who wouldn’t answer if I had a complaint or needed a refund as I had said she could have refunded the first order and then recharged it. This is before I even sat down to eat. It cost me $35 for two sandwiches and two lemonades with tiny bags of chips. This use to be busy. It was dead on Memorial Day with the beach full of patrons. I’m one starting this because obviously the owner doesn’t trust his own staff.

The food was pretty average at best. However, what really took the cake was the service. Apart from the rude blonde lady, very smug and cold, she even ignored us when we first walked in. We proceeded to be served by the guy with dreadlocks and he was the most well-mannered and attentive young man! Give these kids a raise, when the newer generation has better customer service than the grown adults, you have to wonder, what kind of management and training does Subway have?

It is 3 o'clock on a Saturday. 3 people working. When we first come in we ask for a sandwich we were looking at the menu board and they say they cannot make it because they cannot ring that sandwich up. The vegetables are clearly rotten, forget about the pickles as they looked worse. They did not have the right size cups for our sodas, and when asked for the restroom so we could wash our hands we are told it is out of order. The tables are disgusting so I cleaned it myself. The presentation of the sandwich was not good at all. Overall, a big miss from subway.

You'll never get it and you'll never be able to speak to anyone. If it's free I wouldn't eat it. I want my money back.

The service was horrendous. When I asked for fresh mozzarella, she gave me an attitude while telling me she didn’t have it. And then when I got the food back to my office, the bread was stale overall zero if I could give it in stars.
