Wow this is definitely a must visit!

This is the second time we order tea and they run out of everything!!! They just have green tea and Jasmin, you open a tea bar, but you out of stock on everything 🤷🏻‍♀️ this is ridiculous.

Best Bingsu place I’ve tried! They serve everything right. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Came with my wife and daughter yesterday. Not pleased with any of the three flavors we got. Also we left feeling sick that night.

I have been a regular since they opened but the last few months has been very inconsistent. The snow ice doesn’t taste as good and the toppings are getting less and less every time. Today specifically I ordered a Matcha snow ice which is supposed to come with red beans, instead I just got the paste. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for help, no one came. I peeped through the back to ask if they had the usual red bean at all, with the actual bean pieces and was told no. Which is weird because I’m seeing post from 5-6 days ago with what I’m asking for. I also expressed that the photo on the kiosk shows red bean paste with the pieces in it, which is why we ordered that. She tried to gaslight me saying they’ve never used that :)). I also noticed when walking out, the table behind me had the red beans that I was asking for in a side bowl. I don’t mind paying extra or paying almost $17 for flavored ice but I expect to receive what I ordered. The ingredients I received did not align with the photo they are advertising. Plus, dishonest employees 👎🏼

The mango had sweet pudding under the ice. I recommend getting the extra red beans!
The kiosk doesn’t print receipt so pay attention to the order number and when your order is being called out.

We tried 2 deserts and both were spectacular. The mango strawberry shaved ice was amazing and the fruits fresh. Ver chill vibe and worth every penny for these delicious treats.

Order was not done correctly in the kiosk, not explanations satisfied to make an order, re-done the order with the cashier, wait or more than 45 minutes, service was not that grade! They don’t even know how to cancel an order and re-do an order!👎

I love this place ! I come very often
But recently i feel like the flavor has changed on the roasted brown sugar boba not sure if its the new hires and also like the old cups better but overall this place is very good ! Just giving my honest opinion
