First time here, our Anniversary so we took a trip to Ft. Lauderdale for a few days. This was our Anniversary dinner, fabulous! Service was great, food was excellent! Roof top seating nice views.

For being my first time here, I’ll say this. The place has really nice scenic views, the staff leading up to the rooftop, and the hostess that sat us were nice, the DJ and vibes were nice. He played a wide variety of music selection which is great!
The food was good(we ordered grilled octopus, the beef sliders, spicy tuna rolls… the rolls never came, I think the waitress forgot to put it in)drinks were a little watered down. our waitress was not the best. I wish I knew her name. My boyfriend doesn’t normally complain but for him to notice signs that the service from this waitress is not going to be before the evening started was a red flag.
We plan to try again at this place and hoping for a better service experience.

The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, but the service is very bad. I waited a long time for my drinks. Also it takes to long to have the check to pay, They don't give you a psychical check they just show you how much is the bill and even worse THEY charged me twice the service tips. PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE CHECK

I went to Chil and enjoy my birthday so I chose sunset rooftop since I had been many times in the past per prior experience when you celebrate your birthday you order cake to eat and the servers come to sing with you and bring the happy birthday sign i did asked asked for the same experience but I never had lAll server did was bring a cake with a candle nothing special from the place also the chicken wings this time were extremely tiny so you pay for 4 little chicken wings not right for the price
For my birthday I ordered a Piña colada the cocktail had no alcohol but I was charge 21 dollars not fair at all no point to complaint
My waitress took exactly 45 minutes to get my drink knowing it was my special day
And then to pay for my cocktail and for the piece of cake for 34$ it took her 30 minuses only to bring a check and I had to beg at the bar to please bring the check Note in order to maintain a high level of experience you need to be careful on these details

the views at this restaurant were really nice. i’d say come here if you want things stolen out of your car when you valet. things that were concealed were missing from my car after i did valet parking. when i contacted both the restaurant and the hotel, they basically said they have nothing to do with it. they gave me 2 emails for the valet manager in which both bounced back to me. honestly ruined the whole experience i had at the actual restaurant. i believe they’re all working together, stealing things in valet and sharing it amongst themselves, based on how things went between me and the manager. edel, you parked my car and you know what you stole, remember that god sees all. paula, shame on you for giving me a fake email for the valet manager. mary, you need to improve your listening skills. you got defensive before i could even finish telling you what happened. luis, your whole team needs work. i would not recommend this restaurant at all. there is something deeper beneath the surface going on.
