I got the worst seafood poisoning from here on Wednesday and I’m still dealing with it today the pain is so bad and shame on the sushi sake for poor raw seafood care you are so negligent ! We had kids that got sick with us don’t go here !

Awful! This is the worse sushi I have ever had. We ordered the Hollywood Blv, Kendall roll and the hamachi crudo. The fish wasn’t fresh, we could feel the connecting issue (usually removed) that was hard to chew, and had a weird taste. Service was very slow, had to look for the server to ask for chopsticks, napkins, plates, and soy sauce (main things).

The service was okay, but the food was not very good.
First, the miso soup was served only slightly warm instead of hot — and not just one, but all of them.
Second, we ordered green tea and were served a drink that looked like matcha, but was most likely a powdered tea with a very unpleasant taste. I understand if this is the only green tea option on your menu, but in that case it should be clearly mentioned that regular green tea is not available, and guests should be asked whether they still want to keep it in the order.
Third, since I decided to mention the first two points, I should also add that all the rolls tasted the same. We ordered seven different rolls, but there was no noticeable difference in flavor between them.

I visited Sushi Saki in Hollywood and had a very disappointing experience with the management. When we arrived, the manager Javier told us we could not sit in a booth because they were reserved for large parties only. We accepted that without any issue and sat elsewhere. Shortly after, another family of four walked in and was immediately seated in a booth even though there were at least three other four seater sections available. When I politely asked Javier why we were told no but they were allowed to sit there, he gave an inconsistent explanation that did not make sense. I pointed out that there were multiple open sections available and it felt very intentional that we were specifically denied seating while others were accommodated. The situation felt unfair and uncomfortable, and the response from management lacked transparency and professionalism. I do want to highlight that our waiter Junior was a full five star. He was attentive professional and genuinely made the experience better. He took great care of us and did his best to turn the situation around despite the issues with management. The food may be good but customer service and consistency matter just as much. Unfortunately the management experience left a bad impression even though our waiter truly helped save the night.

The service was amazing we was attended by Fernando and his recommendations were amazing, all the suggestions were over the top we tried the hollywood blvd roll and the tropical shrimp roll, the crab argon’s and the krabstick salad and everything was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend to come and ask for Fernando.
