Got the experience to meet Islande L. She is an amazing person! Customer service was top tier. This isn’t the first time I’ve met her actually. I met her on her birthday October 31th! I came to get food after the bar and she was very pleasant and welcoming! She makes my day everytime I come to this location!!!

Ok I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal. I wanted to try the hype. First they asked if I wanted sauce, I said no thank you. I get to the window and it's $9.62, I hand a $20, he asked for 62 cents. I had to search for it. I have it to him. Cool no problem. He was nice. I get the food to my house, 4 sauces, 2 nacho sauces and 6 bur lnt nuggets. I'm hot over this. For real? After all that you didn't even give me 10 nuggets? And the 6 you did give me are nasty AF? I don't like to complain but this is unacceptable. It's a new item and you get it wrong. I would have waited for nuggets if you needed to make them. The fries were old, too, but I haven't got fresh ones since they started so I assume it's just my preference that they taste old. But the nuggets? Come on Taco Bell. And I didn't get a receipt, of course. Can't even get my points on my app. I'm over it. The food isn't good at this location. And the service is subpar.

Without fail, this location never had any of the promoted food options. All of the limited edition items are never available. It’s been several times I go, there are no lines and no food. It seems like the young staff there does not want to work. I’ve seen unhappy customers from the drive thru window with the same complaints. When I’ve gone inside to eat, it is mucky and dirty. It’s the last Taco Bell spot I would ever pick. When they do have food available, they always miss an item or two. They can’t seem to get this place working efficiently. They should get a general manager in there soon.

They once had to close due to inspection not that long ago so that should speak volumes as well.

Don't bother if you don't speak spanish. I tried to order two tostadas. First she said two soft tacos. I repeated several times I wanted tostadas. Then she said what? then she said huh? I said never mind and as I pulled around there was a giant poster saying tostadas!

Food was cold, those young kids were hanging out in the back office mingling, not only was the food cold there were missing items they had to add which made the first portion of food even more colder, ate it like that because we were too hungry... terrible service!!!

I was in drive true and I would like to add in my order nacho fries, the lady in the window said “I don’t know if I can add” she go to ask to the supervisor and the supervisor said the store don’t have nacho fries. I know she lie because the cashier said let me ask. Bad customer service. I need to be contacted. That happened in October 12, 2024 at 9:35pm order number cc08a7.

Seriously, wish Y’all would stop putting drench soaking wet lettuce in the tacos like really stop doing that. It’s disgusting and wastes peoples time and money.

You select what you are going to buy from a virtual menu, a machine that is on the premises. When you complete your order, you wait a few minutes and they deliver it to you. You can order it to take away or consume it on the spot. Employees must be more careful when delivering food because they sometimes leave out some details.
