I Came here at 1:20 am and waited in the drive through line for around 10 minutes only to be told they’re only doing uber eats or door dash orders…. I’m ngl I get working fast food is annoying and not as easy as people say but I don’t like my time being waisted especially when this store advertises being open at this time.

It makes absolutely zero sense to turn away paying customers while you’re open but if I had ordered food through a 3rd party you would make it? That’s ridiculous.

Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else to go. I ordered using the kiosk and it was giving me an error i let the young man know at the counter that it says to complete the payment with them and he goes now you are wrong only cash. I told him the machine says to go to the register and he taps the screen and cancels my order. I start again and pay with another card. I get my food and the order is wrong. I paid extra to make my taco supreme and it was not. I go to the counter the lady proceeds to argue with me as I am showing her on the receipt that it clearly says it and shows the additional $1.10 to make it supreme. Im telling you the place is a joke and not worth it.

Terrible service, bunch of kids running that place. Placed an order in the drive thru,left out 1/2 the order and then told me not there problem and to come back and get the food they forgot 🙃. Couldn't get a refund. Took all of it back

Orders always correct. The manager was filling the sauce bins when I was there. She was placing them in one by one so it looked neat and she could fit more. This is a sign of caring about your job and having standards. This little thing says a lot about her joint.

Big mistake coming here, drive through microphone is broken so we got stuck in a line of cars while they take orders at window slowing process down drastically
Staff slow as hell too, 30 min stuck at drive through is ridiculous

Always the same thing here with the same rude night crew bad service don’t know what there doing they start closing 4 hours before close time and cooks a whole bunch of food nd shut down the drive thru and let only DoorDash and uber pick up unsanitary food that’s cooked me sitting for hours worse crew ever

Excellent service... if what you're looking for is to watch everyone eat except you. I waited over 20 minutes and my order never showed up, but I did see others who arrived later deliver their orders. I left hungry and with a great lesson: never come back.

Came to Taco Bell at 8:00pm as a walk in, no drive thru.
Proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for my order while the lobby filled up with over 10 people most of them DoorDash workers.

After waiting about seven minutes for my order which I took over the electronic ordering machine. Which means I did not get my order taken by a worker. I was not acknowledged for about 15 minutes, even though I took my own order, when I asked her about how much longer my order Would take, the boss at the time, middle age Spanish woman, around 50 to 60, who presented herself as the manager on duty, ignored my question. She continued to work only making orders for the drive-through.

When more DoorDash workers created a bigger line, they also proceeded to ask the manager on duty, which was an older, Hispanic lady, asking her how much longer it would take because they weren’t even greeted at the door, or acknowledge.

Again, the older Hispanic woman proceeded to ignore their questions. Until there was a bit of an argument between the 10 to 15 people who are waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes and have still not received their food.
Being a Taco Bell that’s in a residential area, this restaurant is not as busy as many other Taco Bell restaurants that are located in the inner city, in South Florida.

The amount of disrespect, and terrible customer service is ridiculous for a red small residential area. I will be calling corporate.

Deplorable staff/management with no brand standards!

Sunday night drive thru.
Three cars in front of me. Waited 20+ minutes to window.
Rude female made me repeat my order because she never entered it at the drive up menu board?
She said they were having some internal issues?
Took my money and was told to wait in the parking lot?
Saw the other three cars in front me still waiting on food in the parking lot.
I said absolutely not, give me a refund.
She refused/said it was not possible unless I came inside which was a total lie on her part.
It was pouring out.
Demanded a refund and the manager.
I got nothing and they kept my $24...
