We all through came form Canada to Miami by flight and request to allow us to use washroom try says we do not he keys and reply very rudely Also when we place order and it’s a big order because we are 8 people then employee discuss internally that oh who put this big order looks they are not happy so work Chalupa cold and very chewing. Potato tacos are good Doritos tacos are good Burritos made with very less topping and we feel we are eating only tortillas not burrito

Order food on. Oct 14 under name of Vishakha via uber eats for 39 dollars and we received ntg no straw for cock, no forks or spoon for our veggie bowl, even the quantity was equal to ntg, our veggie black bean crunch wrap was dry and we received no mind sauce even we ask for it. I had really bad experience will never go there when I called the girl she said that’s what it comes with it doesn’t come with straw like seriously? It doesn’t come with mild sauce seriously? May be employees need to learn to respect customers.

Service was slow slow. 4 of my party of 6 were done eating before the last 2 even got thier food as only one person on staff knew how to take actual cash money.

Im a vegetarian and I've been eating at this place for 2 years back to back days at least 4 times a week if not more and I can't tell u how many times they have me wait over an hour in that line after I've place my order just to get it wrong with beef after I've ask for vegetarian option. Must be a language barrier at this location 🤔.

I had a really bad experience at this Taco Bell. The lady who attended me was extremely rude. I’m a tourist and I spoke very calmly, but she suddenly started yelling at me for no reason. On top of that, she didn’t give me my full order, and when I tried to explain, she wouldn’t let me talk and kept shouting. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
