Despite it being a new location the service is terrible every time I come here and it’s a shame I love taco bell but this New location is killing my desire to build an appetite for Taco Bell in general
For the past two days during the morning hours, the food from this location have been cold. It is unacceptable! Please care more about the job that you do and provide better food service to all.

It is 8:22am and I was at the drive thru waiting for 10minutes for someone to answer . I went up to the window and had to honk for someone to peek through the window. The lady working asks if we can come inside and we said no why, mind you we are in the drive thru because we have to make this fast. The lady then says to turn around again into the drive thru , I’m guessing she didn’t want the timer to reflect how long she had me waiting but this is unacceptable. And when I go around to get my order they forget to give me my cinnamon delights. Now I had to go AGAIN around the drive thru to get them. Just waisting my time . Why do I as the customer have to go through all these loops just to order a breakfast. Management really needs to do something about this .

10/2/24 around 5:30 pm : The lady at the window this evening very rude! not friendly with customers at all! Even though I dined in she ignored customers at the counter including myself,the nice tall young man that was making the food was the one who was helpful and kept an eye on the front even though he was cooking,he helped me twice because the mean lady kept ignoring me! Dining room tables dirty so instead of cleaning it up the rude lady sat in the dining room on her cell phone. If she don't like people, she's in the wrong business. Tried to call the store to get her name but of course no one's answering.If that restaurant was to get busy you couldn't count on her to move a little faster and put some pep in her step.When you see a customer a good employee will say can I help you instead of ignoring you. Food was good as for acknowledging the customer's when they're talking to you and friendliness big fail!!!

Waiting for someone to work the register, it's been 40 minutes and no one is here. There is a homeless man sleeping in restroom. Staff seem to enjoy ignoring me Stand here waiting.

I got the new chicken nuggets. They were made fresh so they were hot. Absolutely delicious. The jalapeno mustard sauce is a little spicy but delicious
