The women who made my food never changed their gloves and kept touching their hair. I asked the manager to address it and the staff just stared at me like I was the one in the wrong. They then started talking crap about me in Spanish as if I would not understand what they said about me. I waited around 30 minutes for two luxe boxes

It just kind of really sucks that they’re supposed to open till 4 AM and I have to work at 5 AM and it’s one of the most exciting things in my life lol which that already sounds pretty desperate, but I try to order food through the app. it told me no I pull up to the window. I have people waving their hand at their neck basically telling me oh we’re closed but yet the hours on Google and on the front door, say that they’re open I don’t know what the problem is. Maybe they were slow and I’m gonna give them the benefit of the doubt, but I would’ve really love to have gotten my food and just gone it would’ve taken all of 10 minutes. I don’t know what went down tonight or what made them want to close 30 minutes early, but I hope everything is OK. I am not trying to beep the Nancy or Karen, but I really love to have gotten my food and maybe they just were too tired and didn’t wanna deal with customers and that is all right

guys ignore all of those fake trashy reviews this taco bell never fails to make my food absolutely AMAZING. like it’s always so much better than the other taco bell’s and it’s an amazing spot. whenever they do mess up they promptly fix it and i couldn’t recommend this location more

The lady who i believe is a manager is very dismissive waved at the cashier to not help. and the guy at the drive thru gershaun P. Really rude and had a lazy attitude when I went to say they made the food wrong I asked 3 times for the receipt too and its like they dont care. At this place anyways it doesnt pay to be nice. Its like the nicer you ask. And the more please and thank yous you say to them. The nastier and smug they become. Literally only came here after working all day and haven't eaten anything except a coffee and then im excited to treat myself and they do this. Like honestly how trashy yall gotta be? Trashy isn't even a strong enough word. Go back to school or play restaurant city to learn how to get a order right.

Saw a rat in the kitchen told the staff and they said there was not a rat.then the dam rat ran across on the counter and the women screamed so loud
I normally don’t complain but the service sucks Manager has no customer service skills and talks about her customers in creole to the other staff.. I went to order chicken strips and fries requested everything fresh to wait and get cold food. Her lack of professionalism is absurd. On top of her touching on the crew members waist with the same gloves she prepared food with to then proceed to make more food without disposing the gloves disgusting..

Hello today I’m making this review because I’m tired of this place always getting my order wrong on ubereats and in person I just purchased a DOUBLE BEEF BURRITO and it has no beef in it!!!!!!how do you make a DOUBLE BEEF BURRITO WITH NO BEEF!!!!! Always happens in this place and I’m not going to go waste my gas to wait another 10min again for the same burrito to be made this happens with every single order and it’s always the night shift!!! Fire your preparation person because they do not do there job right and they are slow!!!
