TaKitos Mexican Restaurant

Unfortunately this place has declined significantly I have been eating from here since 2014. Sometimes 3x a week I had a spa in the building. But this would unfortunately be the last time I come eat here. I got overcharged.no receipt. No change. Waited 30 min… for 3 tacos and I was charged $20 for this. I will be posting the photo. No chips no salsa like before and I got overcharged because I was paying Cash I’m sorry but this was a horrible experience

Twice the waitress made a mistake in what we ordered. And twice he asks me what I want the daikiri, I tell him strawberry and he brings me mango. If the flavor is going to bring what you crave, ask me ?

The food was good but in the end the waitress choose herself the tip amount and just gave us the machine to tap the card. I saw another waitress charging another table and she gave the customer the option to choose the amount he wanted to give. Not good ??????

This place is cool, but they don’t have any good customer service. They have me and my friend waiting for our checks and it’s been 10 mins. The waitress looks me in my eye as she walks by with nothing to do.

Our food wasn’t bad, but our waitress was quick to leave and I would understand if she was busy. At the end she tipped herself and didn’t tell us. I look at my receipt and realized she tipped herself when I was going to tip anyways. The fact you didn’t tell me you tipped yourself and went on about your day, you’re a stealing money and getting away with it. Especially if they don’t ask for a receipt.

Everyone ask for your receipt ALWAYS and make sure no one sneak tipping themselves!
