As someone who has enjoyed Ethiopian cuisine around the world — including in Ethiopia itself — I can confidently say this was a 10/10 experience. The flavors were rich, the injera perfectly tangy, and the spices hit all the right notes. Authentic, soulful, and deeply satisfying.
